The Doctor's lawn chair was out again, and he was sitting reading a copy of 'Martin Chuzzlewit'. Another chair was set up next to him, in case anyone decided to drop by.

As it was, he was simply enjoying his reading.

[ooc: Mainly here for Isabel, but slowplay interaction with other is perfectly fine, thanks.]

All and Sundries, 7/12

Edmund opened the shop and sat down to alternate between working on his memoirs and writing out his next lesson plan. Abusing students doesn't just happen at the drop of a hat, you know.

All and Sundries is open.

Luna didn't have too very far to go in order to reach the Sweets Shoppe after her jewelry making class this morning as it was held just a block and a half away on Minotaur Lane.

Once inside, Luna tidied-up what needed tidying in front and put out a set of lady bug sweets on the counter top.

If one were to look closely, it would appear that the lady bug sweets were playing a round of leap-lady.

Perhaps they were too small for leap frog or simply hadn't heard of it.

Perhaps they weren't playing at all and it was just your imagination, this was Fandom Island after all.

After the students departed, Wadsworth opened the restaurant, prepared for yet another slow day and being occasionally butlerly invisible.

Iced tea and coffee would seem to be the specials of the moment.

[ooc: Wadsworth for lunch and dinner. Mod him like the moddable butler he is. No OCD because, really, I'm a type B personality anyway.]

Caritas, Wednesday Night

The zombie band was nowhere to be found when Jarod arrived. He looked around, but couldn't locate them, even after trying to "pretend" to be a zombie, which was a much creepier experience than he'd been anticipating.

He eventually set up the karaoke machine and left some fresh calves' brains by the back door to draw the band back.

Once that was completed, he began looking through the want ads for an affordable room. This was complicated by Fandom's lack of regular newspaper service.

Daisy was determined not to become a regular at Caritas, and there was nothing interesting on TV tonight but only because she forgot about a new season of Project Runway starting, OMG!, so she was walking through the park with an umbrella, scowling at the scattered rain.

Rain should mean traffic accidents and floods and things like that that made the life of a reaper more interesting.

Here, it seemed to just mean water falling from the sky.

Surely something interesting would happen soon. . . .

[ooc: open, yo.]
