The Park, Late Night Tuesday

Ranma was going to walk Mizu then hurry back to boil some water but... the air outside was nice. He hadn't been out all day so he went on a longer walk than he'd figured upon. He ended up in the middle of the park in nearly the same place he'd seen Chad a week ago. He finds himself compelled to sit down to think for a bit. Mizu seemed tucked out after the long walk and Ranma set him in his lap, where the puppy took a prompt nap. Ranma was merely going to wait a few minutes then carry Mizu back. But his eyelids sunk and he was still there asleep, as a she, on the park bench with a puppy in his lap.

Lana opened the store, still feeling incredibly happy. She might even be caught singing as she goes about her day.

The Perk - Wednesday [9/13]

It had been a good morning. Despite the overcast dreary atmosphere outside or rather because of the overcast dreary atmosphere outside, Aziraphale had lit a fire in the fireplace in their master bedroom and, well, that had lead to early morning doctor and angel canoodling. Canoodling of the private sort -not the public sort- being a much more energetic canoodle, afterwards Wilson had decided he wasn't up to making breakfast, feeling much too lazy and well canoodled.

So, they had showered and perhaps canoodled some more then dressed and even pulled their warm coats out of the closet for the walk down to the Perk for some morning coffee and something to eat. Standing in front of the board, Wilson had choosen a pumpkin spice latte -with an extra 4 shots please- while Phale had asked for something new and completely different....okay he asked for a pot of tea. A couple of scones and a bagel were also added to the mix and the pair carried off their treasures to a quiet set of chairs by the window.

Settling down with food, coffee, tea, a crossword puzzle and a medical journal they appeared rather content on this grey and otherwise gloomy day.

Empire Records; Wednesday [ 09/13 ]

As usual, Chad opened Empire after class and something to eat, but today he was being a good, industrious sort of student but a not particularly good employee by nearly chaining himself to the counter and researching his science product. Sure, he'd help the customers when they'd come in, but, when that wasn't a distraction, he had the wonderful mechanics of how muscles worked to keep him intrigued. Oh Joy.

The music today was bossanova. It caused his shoulders to shift a little now and then as he worked.

Cafe Fina, Wednesday

Wadsworth opened up Cafe Fina on Wednesday running for his life from the kitchens. In complete and utter dignity, of course.

He hadn't expected that the Mr. Vegetable Rights activist had a brother so big on the rights of monkeies. Especially their brains.

The Park, Wednsday 9/13 Afternoon

Saigo stood apart from the other ducks. The time was approaching, and preparations were being made.

Parents were instructing their children to stay with their wing-duck, and young friends who may never see each other again were trying not to dwell on such things, merely enjoying the time they had. Some were even pairing up.

No one was talking to Saigo. He was not one of the flock anymore. The Elders had decreed it this morning when he'd arrived. He had contradicted the anchient wisdom regarding the statues. His fraternization with the humans was not really at fault they assured him.

He would not be migrating with them.

Jarod opened the bar on schedule, said hello to Tino, retaped the zombie band, and realized he was getting bored with Fandom.

This couldn't be good.

Sparky Repairs, Wednesday

JOhn is busy, hard at work at something that isn't the butterfly, in the back of the shop.

He emerges every couple of hours to grab something from his supply of tanks, containers, 4" diameter PVC pipes stuffed with coffee filters, and copper tubing.

This will soon to be in the padlocked rear section of Sparky's.

Somewhere in the woods, Wednesday Evening

Ranma hadn't bee back to the dorms since last night. So he was still in girl form, because hot water doesn't very often occur naturally. He'd wandered around the island some of the day but was certain to make sure no one really saw him. He found himself up in a tree once the sun went down. It was pretty dark so it was best to be stationary. No one would find him up here. He told Setsuna that he wouldn't run away. Well technically he hadn't. She couldn't be mad at him for it. So he spent a few minutes getting comfortable on the tree branch then lay along it hoping that he didn't fall out the tree once he fell asleep.
