Lana opened the store then sat down behind the counter heavily. She looked absolutely devastated and as if she'd been crying most of the morning. Which she had been.

Come on in to buy a book, but don't expect much from her.

Becky stood in front of the Sin, holding her gun and knives right out in the open. She hadn't gone back in to retrieve any more weaponry, which simply made her resent Kevin even more.

So now she was waiting here for That Hot Guy With The Beard, Helpful Tall Kid and Muskrat, since they apparently knew what they were doing when it came to ghosts.

Granted, she was a bit skeptical since they'd had to schedule this after classes.

Yes. Her home? In the hands of high school children. God.

[Locked to specific people to get Kevin the frell out of the Sin, please. Minor OCD coming up.]

All and Sundries is open.

And full of balloon poodles, monkeys, and giraffes all carrying signs about "Squishy Reform".

Some are for it, some are against it.

This could get ugly.

Rosette had finally located the box of letters that could be put on the little sign outside the church to communicate messages to passersby, so the little marquee area below the church's name now held this promise:

MONDAY:
Free Candy with each Confessional!
Absolve both your sins and your sweet tooth!

...She had to get rid of all that extra Halloween candy still left in ways that didn't end in her with a stomach ache.

The nun nursed a cup of coffee in the confession while Chrono was there to help if anyone needed anything.

[[ open for all your churchly needs; no one ever confesses anyway, but, if they did, it's NFB ]]

Back to classes, back to work, back to the usual grind. Chad was feeling mostly lazy, though, but was productive in the neccissary tasks as needed. Still, most of his time was spent listening to the carefully selected mix of songs about jailtime and scanning through Baltimore-area newspapers for some little slice of notoriety.

[[ empire's open ]]

Jarod opened the bar and was surprised to see the fifth member of the band, a woman. He also noticed that the rest of the band seemed to be arguing a bit more than usual. And then there was the Tammy Wynette and Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn music.

Oh, this was going to be a long night.

Marie and Jamie decided to go out for a nice dinner date. They decided to avoid Cafe Fina though, given the bad memories from their first date.

[Marie & Jamie thread locked to them; otherwise open for your Chinese food needs.]

John opens Sparky Repairs after class, running a bit late. He promptly falls asleep at the front desk despite Goth and Emo poking him.
