The balloons were still out front, but the sign was no longer up. So there was still a 'par-tay', but it was more low key.

At least, that's what Mazikeen had been going for. It's best to let her believe whatever she wants.

Hikaru and Kaoru had been contemplating exactly what to do after that e-mail they'd gotten about the holiday pageant. Doing something alone was completely out of the question. So, they joted down the names of all the Japanese students they knew, brainstorming ideas for parts in their small act of celebrating one of Japan's national holidays.

Sparky's is open.

The church was empty today, as Rosette and Chrono headed off the island to distribute the Thanksgiving donations, but Rosette knew enough to put something up on the sign in her absense:

She was a little worried about someone coming in, having a vigil, and it getting out of control. And, yes, that had everything to do with her own experiences with vigils getting out of control.

Today was somehow declared a lazy day.

Not that it was unusual when no one wanted to do much of anything.

So if anyone else spotted Maru and Moro doing everything else but sweeping with their brooms, that was why.

Hitsuzen was still open for visitors.

Phoebe opened Caritas early and after checking out the zombie band, she set herself up behind the bar.

She watched the band fora bit and then went back to being slightly distracted.

Aly was bored.  And a bored Aly never ended well so she took herself to the Perk for a coffee and a very large cookie, loaded with chocolate. 

She sat at one of the tables alternately writing letters and watching people.
