The buffet tables were arranged and loaded with moddable to your heart's content food, and the karaoke machine was set up in its traditional spot behind the salad bar. Yitzhak had left a couple of dents in the shins of whichever smartass busboy had tried to hold his framed photograph of himself in front of Retail Slut hostage against a raise.

That had been an offense of the highest order, as far as he was concerned. Some people had no sense of respect for tragically-closed shopping establishments.

But anyway, everything was good to go, and Luke's was open for brunch.

[OOC: Minor OCD is up, up, and away! Have at thee.]

"So that's the town," Luke said to Leia, concluding his tour. "And this is the ice cream place. It has about a million flavors, but I'm hoping I can work my way through them all by the end of the summer."

If his eyes flickered over to his sister more often than necessary, it was because he was happy to see her. Not that he was worried at all.

Really.

Move along.

The pile of crumpled up paper next to Gabriel was increasing, and he was in no way close to having a finished letter written. First he'd had to get past the embarrassment of actually having to write it, then he'd had to consider who could get their hands on it before it reached its recipient. That latter thought was particularly depressing.

It was a nice day, so Setsuna had grabbed the first book of a new feudal-era series she was thinking of starting, found herself a nice spot underneath a shady tree, and settled in for some quiet reading that would allow her to enjoy the weather. She hoped maybe the fighting scenes would change her mind about relaxing and inspire her to relocate to the salle in not too long.

Yesterday had been more than a little bit disturbing, and Kabuto was glad to be able to get back to normalcy. Well, as normal as Fandom could be.

He made sure everything was clean before opening the Devil's Nest, resting his elbows on the bar and flipping through a mixology book.

John wasn't nervous. He and Prue were just hanging out and getting some coffee.

"We have arrived! After you," John held the door open for Prue.

[ooc: For Prue, but The Perk is open for your beverage needs.]

GOB was thankful that the creepy guy in his bed had left and returned his dove. He even let the dove stay out of his pants tonight as a celebration.

The dove flew out when Tino walked in the front door.

"Dammit, Tino!" GOB yelled.

[OOC: ... I got nothing. But I'm around!]
