Paperwork. Jenny hated paperwork, but unfortunately some of it did come along with running a shop. Also, bills, which she hated even more, but for obvious reasons--and not just 'it would be dark'--Jenny did not want them to cut off the electricity. So the paperwork and the bills had to be dealt with, and maybe afterward she would go burn some clothes to make herself feel better.

Pixie Dust was open.

Was the store window ready for an updated, fresh look? Well, Harper certainly was. That's how the mannequin in the center of the window ended up with the lace-trimmed pillowcase top and the harem pants with suspenders. "Now that looks cool," said Harper, sneaking outside to view her work the way anyone walking by would see it, sort of.

Things Reborn was open if you were brave enough to buy anything!

The Arms Hotel Lobby, Friday [1/15]

Mary had just gotten comfortable at the desk when Gunther stormed out the of kitchen, yelling something about golden eggs everywhere.

"Oh, are you playing Farmville, too?" she asked. "I don't know how these people are getting golden eggs right and left, but I'm not complaining. I've gotten two carousels and 30 fuel refills since logging on this morning."

That put a stop to Gunther's tirade for a few moments as he just stared at Mary. Then he disappeared back into the kitchen. A few minutes later, he returned with a basket full of golden-colored eggs, which he dropped on the front desk. And no, none of the cracked golden eggs had anything fun, just a lot of yolk.

Lily was really hoping for something interesting to happen, but the fact was, there weren't really a lot of exciting things that happened at this job. That was something kindergarteners were great for that art supplies really weren't.

At least until a display broke, and everything that had been on it was now on the ground. There was a big startling noise and everything.

And then there was a Lily yelling at it. "When I was thinking I wanted something to happen, I wanted it to be interesting, not actual work!"

Hurley opened Covent Garden Flowers on time and everything.

He hummed a little to himself as he worked. 'You Are My Sunshine' was stuck in his head.

Otherwise, he'd be a little quiet today. But he'd help anyone who came in.

Wellspring Arms & Meditation Center, Friday

Today was a day Price spent partially slacking off. Only partially. He had procured a book on folklore, and was studying it for insights into the weaknesses of strange creatures he wasn't sure existed. Ironically, making hims seem more like Bobby Singer, probably.

He flipped through the book when no one was in the store. If anyone walked in, he'd neatly mark his place, close the book, and watch them keenly.

Arya opened up the store, making sure every thing was in order. She situated herself behind the counter with a cup of tea and settled in for the day.

Kris was there for her Friday shift. After grooming the horses and feeding them, she brought them out to the paddock. They may have gotten a few extra apple slices.

The drummer was still having problems keeping things together and it was getting grosser by the day. Damon, of course, refused to have any part of it so it was up to Tino to break out the duct tape and super glue to put him together.

When the snow started falling, it fell lightly at first. It dusted the ground and covered the roofs of the buildings. The snow continued falling throughout the night, getting heavier and harder as the hours ticked by. What was once a serene winter wonderland was now a full on, whiteout blizzard. The wind whipped harshly against the windows, bending trees and sending snow flying.

Eventually, Fandom's power could take no more and blipped out. The island went dark, leaving only the sound of the harsh snowstorm behind. The island, though, wasn't going to let its inhabitants suffer all weekend. Fireplaces appeared in all common room areas and town businesses, already lit for the start of the morning. Extra blankets appeared in every room, apartment and house, there to provide extra warmth for the chilly island dwellers.

The snowstorm looked unrelenting so it was time to hunker down and stay warm!
