The park, Monday afternoon
Monday, July 18th, 2011 11:03 amOkay, SO. Kenzi had had a plan. It was not going to be scrapped just because of some cold. And a freaking glacier-like landscape across the Causeway. She was Canadian. She could do this! She just wasn't going to be in the park forever, doing this. Brrr.
What she was doing involved laying out many Dixie cups of hot tea, red sake, rum, and vodka at one of the picnic tables; and many similar Dixie cups of peanuts, almonds, cashews and mixed nuts. And lots of little folded up paper hats. Maybe she'd gone a little overboard, but once she got started, she started having too much fun. Also, the sake helped.
Yes, she was throwing an impromptu tea-and-sake party for the squirrels. Always important to make friends, especially with your local Big Brother outpost, right?
Right! She figured they'd hear about it and show up if they felt like it.
[ooc: Open to all! Squirrels have been invited. *bows to their Fearless Drunken Leader* But you're all welcome to wander by and grab some refreshments. If you can get them away from the squirrels.]
