Cabot and Associates- Tuesday

Hermione had spent most of yesterday cleaning up the messes she'd made over the weekend. She'd always thought she'd been a beat child, and she had been. The problem was, when you went unsupervised and had to do some things yourself and were only so tall and coordinated, messes got made. And she didn't even want to talk about the dirt smudges she'd found in Hogwarts, A History. Some books just shouldn't be brought onto a playground, even if you don't intend to play.

She was very glad to have grownup work to do today. Lots and lots of grownup work.

Goodvalor's Little Bivoli- Tuesday

Annie came in to work droid baby-free today, and while she thought she'd sort of miss Isabella, she wasn't going to miss the crying and the screaming and the fact that the little robot seemed to move faster than Annie could blink. But with the assignment done, it was on to the next thing.

Like looking over yesterday's Portalocity email again on her phone and wondering if it would be of any use in getting her out of going home for Christmas when she was really more of a Hannukah-celebrator.

The Boards, Tuesday, All Day

Jono came down the stairs into the Boards proper today to realize, with some note of relief, that Troy had managed to repair most of the damage done to the new carpet by the children over the weekend. Good. Though it didn't leave much for him to do, really, besides wiping two-day-old pizza sauce from the walls.

He frowned thoughtfully, and then decided to leave a few voicemail messages for the three girls who had come in to audition over the weekend. And from there, he'd...

He would... Er...

Maybe he'd keep himself busy by cleaning the mess that Troy and Seifer had made of the costume racks over the weekend, too. Chicken suits and pirate-knights. Ah, children.
