Jake didn't normally head into work on Sundays, but when he'd set out for his morning coffee only to find that the town had literally been painted red- and green, blue, yellow, pink, and any other colour one could fathom- he decided maybe it might be prudent for the sheriff to show up and be... sheriff-y. Or whatever.

The things one misses when afk most of the day damnit on a bender.

"No," he scowled at Ralph, "you can't keep your armour that colour. Don't be ridiculous."

Given last night's activities of which the wolves were totally handwavily aware, damn you RL, Firekeeper and Blind Seer were totally unsurprised to come in to work and see the barn splattered with paint.

Luckily, the horses had escaped such a fate. Which was good, because Firekeeper didn't really want to hear the endless (albeit justified) complaints from them that surely would have generated.

Butters had plenty of reason for avoiding the paintball shenanigans of yesterday, most of which could be summed up as a sort of Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, the details of which were probably best left unsaid. Of course, avoiding the game yesterday could do nothing to prepare him for what waited him in the shop today.

Butters's eyes were as wide as saucers as he took in the veritable Pollack-esque effect that the sprinkler system paintball rig had created. And he knew what task he would be undergoing on his shift today.

"Oh, hamburgers..."

There was a happy feeling in Goodvalor's today. Not much paintball damage to the building, the droids were able to move about freely without worrying about benefactors, and they had a new dish to serve today.

Today's Special:
Gizka Steak

They had plenty of that. And, as Zayne could confirm, it was delicious.

[OOC: I'm off to work for a while. Mod your service if you need speed. And no OCD today because lazy.]

This was how people celebrated a return to real normalcy? With paint on the building? Seeing the place earned an eyeroll of somewhat epic proportions, and it was really too bad that it was over and unwitnessed before she actually went inside. And if anything needed cleaning, she was not doing it. She was not hired to be a maid, thank you.

The Devil's Nest was open, and colorful.
