It wasn't safe for him to be out and about so soon after the jailbreak, so shortly after regaining his freedom right along with everyone else in detention. Especially not taking into consideration the fact that he hadn't been able to get his hands on enough leather to so much as fake a set of bandages, to keep the riot of flames pouring from his body hidden as he walked through the dark. But so help him, Jonothon hadn't seen the sunlight in three damn years, and he swore to himself, if he ever tasted freedom again, there was only one thing he knew for certain that he was going to do.

The rest of his life was up in the air, wide open with no direction to it at all.

But this morning he was going to stand on the beach and he was going to watch a sunrise. Just one. And then he'd get on with sorting out whatever was left.

[OOC: Open to Loyalist or Resistance, just bear in mind that the guy with the nuclear weapon for a chest will be not best pleased if you try to pick a fight before the sun is up!]

Since going back to her room at the hotel probably wasn't the best idea after the detention raid, Isabel and some of the others had made there way to one of the safe spots in the warehouse district.  It seemed the best place to lay low for the time being.

Since people still needed food, Isabel made a call to a sympathetic barista at the Perk and slipped out the door.  Thirty minutes and one dead Madri later, she returned with two boxes of coffee and a bag of bagels.  It wasn't much, but it was probably better then anyone that had been in detention had seen in a while.

"Who's hungry?"

There was fighting. There was a lot of fighting going on. And April was sure it was a Very Big Deal to the people who were doing it.

She, however, was not one of them. On the contrary, after escaping detention and following the trail of Hulksmash out of the school building, she wanted nothing to do with the fighting. The only thing she wanted anything to do with right now was food. And maybe some beer later, but for now, food.

So she could be found in Mooby Land right now, having A Moment with some cheeseburgers. She highly doubted anyone was going to come and yank her back into detention with all the fighting going on, and the intense stare she'd given the cashier had definitely scared him out of any ideas he might have had to report her, so she might be here a while.

Susan didn't like not knowing what was going on. She'd woken up in her room, late for work, and gone in anyway because her work ethic was better than most people's. The really annoying thing, though she didn't quite realize it yet, was that her memories wouldn't fill in both timelines because she'd never come here for one of them. If she wanted to know what happened, she would either have to listen to radio or ask.

Of course, after a few days of it she would likely be trying not to roll her eyes or tell most of the populace to get over it. If you wanted sensitivity, there were better people to go to for it.

The Devil's Nest was open, and bring your ID's as Susan doesn't know how much people might need to drink.

In a Fandom that should never have happened, a wand snapped in half, this time for the last time, and moments later, an hourglass cracked apart, sand spattering to the floor.

Time, already twisted back on itself like a watch wound too tight, snapped free. Unspooled across Fandom and the universes that touched on it, re-creating the lives that Umbridge had undone -- all but her own. That ending, she'd earned, and Time left her where she was, dead on the floor of an office that no longer existed, just like her.

Fandom, though? Fandom was back, and those who'd lost their lives under her rule were back too, waking wherever they'd been in our world when she'd made her escape from Special Collections last Sunday.

Those who lived long enough to see her defeated would find themselves standing exactly where they were a moment ago, the memories still fresh in their minds, but in a world devoid of Dolores Umbridge -- and refreshingly low on pink.

Well. This week had been a particularly illuminating for Tony.

Which would be why he wasn't sure if he wanted to go to the dorms just yet. He'd have to go back to China soon enough, but for now...

Yeah, he was a little lost. Which was why he somehow ended up in the town gym, looking around for someone who had been possibly more screwed up in that universe than him. Congrats on that, Clint. You win a prize!

"Hello?"

Okay, so Guy had not existed on island this past week. Which made going into work more than just a little strange.

Especially with Tino drinking by himself in the corner. Well, that one wasn't actually strange. But still.

Weirder than that shit with Superboy Prime.
