Causeway Parking Lot/Causeway, Saturday Morning
Saturday, March 30th, 2013 10:21 amAfter the apocalypse that wasn't, Dean had just driven. No destination in mind, no idea what he'd do once he got there, no purpose... Nothing. Which was how he ended up on some weird little island that looked like someone just picked up an old castle and plopped it in America. Or maybe Euro-Disney.
Dean stopped the car, putting it into park as a peered up at the looming castle from beneath the windshield. "Well, that's not freaky at all," he muttered to himself.
He could refuel and look around in case there was a job here--but he'd promised Sammy that apple pie, white picket fence life. He'd thought about going to Lisa's, to her and Ben, but bad shit followed him and his family like a lost, rabid puppy. So, that had been out of the question.
Maybe he could find a real job here instead. The kind that involved paying taxes and all that stuff. Dean just sighed, getting out of the car and walking toward the island, hands in the pocket of his jacket as he tried to get a beat on the place.
[[So terribly open!]]
