If Cara had been inclined to defend herself as she made her way back behind the bar, accompanied by the squelch of wet leather, she would have pointed out that she'd gone several whole months before she'd thrown a single punch. But as far as she was concerned, there was no need to defend herself, as that punch had been completely warranted, even if that idiotic spell thought otherwise.

There was also the part where the only person around to hear any hypothetical defence was Tino, which, no, regardless of his bringing out that recipe book. "I don't care that it's also the name of a drink."

Allie wasn't thrilled with her Santa hat, but given some of the other Christmas weirdness that had been going on, she was willing to put up with it.

She was perched near the bar, using her phone to check out information about motorcycles.
