Fandom Post Office, February 9 (Tuesday)
Tuesday, February 9th, 2016 09:49 amIt had turned out to be an eventful morning for Éponine, who'd had to break up an argument (all right, it was a glaring match, but a very potent one) between one of the delivery turtles and the Alot of Junk Mail that had been sitting out back.
"I'm on your side, 's it happens," she ended up telling the turtle, "but we can't just toss out mail addressed to other people even if it's pointless and silly and no one reads it. It's against the law and they've got to do that themselves or I'll be in trouble for it, so you'll just have to come around through the front door until all this gets delivered and that creature goes away, there's nothing for it."
Then she laughed sharply and shook her head. "Agreeing with a turtle! I ought to be surprised it took this long for that to happen."
[OOC: OCD-free but open!]
