Yes, Jono was well aware that there was a market going on in the park today. Hell, he would probably even swing by later to scope the place out, to see if there was anything interesting that might catch his eye. But for the time being, he had an actual job to do, and there were paycheques that needed to be written out, and there was stock that needed to be shelved, and guitars that needed tuning, and...

... Jono was actually accomplishing very few of those things. He'd written out the pay, of course, because his employees deserved that much. But then he'd kicked his feet up onto the counter, and he'd settled in with a book. He didn't even have the stereo on today. There was just something about a quiet Saturday afternoon that held no small amount of appeal, today.

So, just being here, and reading. He'd be useful later, maybe.

FANDOM EXPOSITION, The Park, All Day Saturday (8:00 - 23:00)

Where had the staff come from? Nobody knew. But sometime at six in the morning, a group of people arrived in the park and immediately spread out over the premises, constructing a bunch of nondescript stands at a rapid pace. They set out cheap soft drinks on the picnic tables, put up some large banners, cleaned the place up and scared off a few errant flamingoes.

By seven, they had once again dispersed.
