Blackstone Foundry and Forge, Wednesday

Fjord had had his few days to cool off, to get his head around being that short, awkward green kid with tusks over the course of the weekend, an experience that he had never figured he'd have to have again.

Really, one that he'd never wanted to have again, either.

Yesterday, in spite of his ridiculous constitution stat ability to tough out most things, had been spent with the mother of all hangovers after an ill-advised amount of drinking on Monday, and the dregs of it were still stubbornly lingering today. Which was fantastic, really, when the majority of his work at the Forge involved things like hammering and grinding. Still, he had dutifully shown up for his shift today, feeling a little more green around the gills (it should be noted that he did not, in fact, have gills) than he'd care to admit, and, at least until Amaya made an appearance, he was going to just... go over order sheets, maybe figure out if there were any requests for things he could cast from the foundry in lieu of working on the bevel of his sword this morning.

Wednesday, and the weekend was still plaguing him. Hooray.

Trooper Station, Wednesday

Liam was in the station today. No, it wasn't his usual day, but for a myriad of reasons, here he was.

One of those reasons was the fact that literally everything in the evidence room had apparently turned in to jars of cranberry sauce overnight. Not that there was all that much in there to begin with, but still. It was the principle of the thing.

The Trooper Station was open.

Covent Garden Flowers, Wednesday

So tomorrow was Thanksgiving, and apparently today was for last-minute centerpiece orders.

And trying to keep the kittenwillow from being shipped out in one of them, since it kept climbing into them and trying to go to sleep.

Just another normal day at Covent Garden. The flower shop was open!
