Furnado Animal Shelter; Friday [07/19].

Not even the heat had been bothering Sidon much that week, because there was a whole ocean at his disposal and he could actually take advantage of it this week, too, the water was fine and not irradiated or scummy or otherwise concerning, and so most of his week was clearly spent out enjoying it when he wasn't in classes or anything like that. And his frequent forays into the deep where he didn't even have to fight mind-bending creatures the whole time clearly meant that today would have to be dedicated to work to sort of balance out all the play.

Which meant, of course, a tank-cleaning day.

Which he never really minded, of course, but he was reminded that it had been an awful long time since he'd had the chance to do it, what with how strange everythign had been recently. So it was kind of nice and necessary, and a good way to pass the time as he told the fish all sorts of stories about his week while they waited patiently for their tanks to be cleaned, because what else could they do, they were fish.

Furndado is open!

The Park, Friday Afternoon

No oppressive feelings, no monsters waiting to kill him or turn him into one of them or worse lurking in the shadows. Kanan was tentatively hopeful that things were getting back to more-or-less normal. Sure, his TA was a bird making little bird footprints all over one of the rooms of the Ghost with finger paints, and he could still feel the residual damage of the last few weeks haunting more than a few residents of the island.

But right now? Right now, Kanan's worst concern was surviving the heat. He'd brought Stance to the park today - yes, in his vesty-vest - and was letting him merrily harass the ducks while Kanan himself staked out a spot in the shade under one of the park's larger trees, where he was running through lightsaber forms in slow-motion, working on restraint and balance every bit as much as form and... not overheating and dying, really.

It seemed to be working out for Kanan, anyway.

Wellspring Arms & Meditation Center, Friday

Vette... didn't see herself doing much business today at Wellspring Arms. Maybe it was the heat outside - perfect Vette weather, but not much good for most other people - or maybe it was the fact that not a single thing had attempted to kill anyone around here since Sunday, but whatever the case was, she felt pretty secure in her ability to nap with one eye open behind the counter, today.

Mmm, nap.

Caritas, Friday Evening

You know who else had no idea where the hell his Thursday had gone? Fjord. Fjord had no idea where the hell his Thursday had gone. He remembered the movie last night, but the bulk of his entire day before it? Nada. Which you'd think, you'd think he'd remember, what with Thursdays being his days at the forge. But... nothin'.


This really had to stop happening, Thursdays. Thursdays were supposed to be far more noteworthy days for him than that. Not that he was sure why.

Anyway, he was at the bar, which was a normal bar, pouring drinks, which were normal drinks, in the company of Tino, who... was never normal, but who was no more absurd than usual today, either.
