The Devil's Nest, Friday Night
Friday, July 24th, 2020 08:23 amAs the doors to the club opened, Lucifer settled behind the piano. His opening number of the night was a familiar one - or rather, it would be, if your name had been Seivarden and you'd tripped over him on one particularly maudlin occasion.
He was counting a bit on no one else getting it, especially as he segued on to other modern piano pop later into the night.
"Bury me in armor when I'm dead and hit the ground, my nerves are poles... that unfroze... And if you love me, won't you let me know? If you love me, why'd you let me go?"
