Shunsui had noticed a few of his sake cups appeared to be missing that morning. Not his favorite ones, so he wasn't so concerned, and he had plenty, but some of them were definitely his otoso set, which seemed odd, but, clearly, not something he needed to worry about for at least nine more months...

He figured they likely got misplaced or lost in the shuffle of sake bottles that 'decorated' his apartment, and shuffled off to the shop because it was Wednesday and that was just what he did, prepared to think nothing more of it and go about his day of idle flirting, chit-chat, and naps, but then he realized that perhaps tere actually was something bigger going on.

Several of the price signs that used clips were stacked neatly on the counter, as the clips appeared to have disappeared. Apu-san was on a ladder trying to fix one of the several aisle signs that were hanging askew since some of those fixtures were missing, too. Not that he'd ever need to use the computer (if he could help it), but he noticed a few of the key covers were missing, and the most damning evidence of them all was the fact that there was a small, neat pile of dust and debris not far away from the Squishy machine, because, apparently, the dust pan Apu-san would normally use had disappeared as well.

"...well, isn't there a rug or something you could just sweep it under?" Shunsui suggested.

Which earned him a look and a roll of Apu's eyes, but Shunsui was just going to volley that look right back at him.

"Need I also point out," he added, "that we sell dust pans, Apu-san?"

And none of those were missing, which just convinced Shunsui that Apu-san was just being cranky about the whole thing.

Summer really couldn't help being super stoked whenever a major drinking holiday fell on one of her Wednesdays, and even though her usual day in the kitchen had been made a little more difficult thanks to a good number of her measuring cups and spoon having mysteriously disappeared (and a particularly daunting side quest because apparently the one toy that Pancakes wanted to play with that day was the one toy they couldn't find, and, of course, the fifty million other toys she had were clearly all just trash now, but okay, Pancakes), there were shots, she got in early to help Tino make it look like a ton of leprechauns just threw up the whole St. Patrick's Day section of a Party City all over the bar (have fun finding green glitter over all your crap all the way until May, everyone!), and it was time for the green beer to flow like someone just accidentally broke the main water pipe!

And, duh, yeah, of course Summer had dressed for the occasion. She knew who she worked with. She wasn't about to find out first hand whether or not the protection spell on the bar extended to people pinching.

Well, the weekend was once again A Thing. One that had him and Steve giving each other a little, you know, space.

But that wasn't important to Danny right now. Right now, he was focusing on the fact that his desk was broken because of everything. "What do you mean we don't have a hammer around?"

Because apparently, they had gotten rid of it when Ralph had been full of rage.

Which was fair.

"Fine, I'll figure it out."
