Someone had actually come in that day looking for a keyboard, and Tisarwat had actually felt a moment of confidence about being able to help them out, even, thanks to her own knowledge these days about pianos and having practiced on a few of them, but that was, unfortunately, the moment when she discovered that someone had actually gone and changed the settings on all the keyboards they had on display to only play sound effects when you pressed the keys, and, of course, Tisarwat definitely wasn't familiar enough to know how to fix it without trying to muddle her way through one of the instruction manuals.

So that was mostly her day today. Trying to figure out how to set them back to normal so that no one had to attempt to play Mozart or Bach or iconic 80s keyboard solos made of nothing but fart sounds, laser beams, and explosions.

She also figured it was a fifty/fifty chance between it being some random prankster who did it, and Troy, which meant there was a good chance everything would be set back to sound effects again on Thursday.

No Halloween deliveries today, so Wanda was spending her time buying more Halloween things online. Specifically a big ol' witch hat and cape for the skeleton outside, whom she had named Jeff.

Though if the only cape she found was a wizard cape, she might change its name to Stephen.

The Devil's Nest, Tuesday Night

Did the Devil's Nest need a piano? Of course it did.

Did it need a piano this bizarre and huge? Not really.

The axe range probably also didn't need the glittery video panels with tasteful images of naked shadow people dancing, but well, Lucifer was a long way from Lux. And the glitters matched his suit. What? If the piano was back, he was serenading it in style!

"Why do birds... suddenly appear every time you are near? Just like me, they long to be... close to you..."

He was absolutely singing to the piano, yes.
