Steven was in a cheerful mood at work that morning. Blathers had asked him to go through some old records and update them for the current exhibits. Most people might find this boring, but Steven loved this sort of reading and note taking in the way some people might enjoy watching an action film or sporting event.

Some of the ones about past island events were a little confusing - and surprisingly full of raccoons in some cases - but that only made it more interesting to read as far as Steven figured.

As always, he could be interrupted for visitors though.

Days of the week was a concept that didn't exactly exist in Boc's mind. There was night and day, of course, but that was all the structure one needed, and sometimes, not even that factored into it much, when one was in the cave and the passing of the sun and moon could go by entirely unnoticed. So it truly was mere coincidence that he was back in the shop on a Thursday again. Oh, sure, he'd been filtering in and out on occasion, when he'd manage to forage up a few things here and there out in the preserve, to bring back for safe keeping, since he really didn't have anywhere else to put these things, and, eventually, when he felt he'd had enough to feel comfortable with his stash, he figured he'd stay in for a bit, and get back to focusing on his sewing and stitch work.

And maybe trying to figure out how best to use the little spider device that Liliana had given him, especially if she expected him to one day make her a dress from it. He certainly hoped she possessed a good deal of patience, because it was going to be a very long time before he got anywhere near creating even a simple dress, much less the sort he'd imagine she'd prefer wearing. But not only that, but he should also be looking to learn more on the structure of trousers, and he knew, in the back of his mind, that Nell had been expecting him to bring her a pizza at some point, and...

Oh, there really was much to do, and here he'd been wasting all his time in the forest! Well, he just hoped, maybe he'd been gone long enough that everyone had just forgotten about him already and he could actually work in peace and quiet.

Annie had had a pretty big week. She and Diego had found a house they liked, and the ball was already moving on...well, moving. And good thing, too, because while Annie hadn't developed any new symptoms -- her morning (any time) sickness was still in full effect, her headaches came and went, and she was pretty much always running at a maximum of about 75% of her usual energy -- most importantly...she had a little bump.

It was just a little bump, the slightest protrusion of her stomach. If you didn't know her well, you might just credit a big meal, or a little water retention.

It was enough to send Annie running into the arms of a slightly-baggy hoodie, all the same.

Liz was still feel a bit unsure about her second shift back at work, she wasn’t sure if she was ever going to really get comfortable adjusting to being back at work - even if it was only for a few hours but she knew this was going to take time, that she was still missing Prompto and Noctra. She decided to start some inventory work and sort through some old stock that had been in storage basically since she had moved back to Fandom, she was starting to realise as she went through the boxes that there was quite a lot of old stock there … it probably wouldn’t hurt to try and look into clearing it out somehow.
