Paige and Geoff run through the town arm in arm laughing, occasionally Geoff stops and recites poetry to her loudly. Paige smiles and kisses him before pulling him back the way they were going, home, Chaucer's, where can she can be with him alone before he has to return to London

Jay is pissed. He is also cold and covered with scrapes and twigs. He sits outside of the Emporium, leaning against the building. "Fucking tub o' lard," he mutters.

Silent Bob leaves the Emporium, closing the door behind him. Jay jumps up and starts screaming at him. "You fucking fuck-faced fucker! You THREW ME OUT, you asslicker! What the FUCK did you do that for?"

Silent Bob looks unimpressed. He starts walking, Jay following him, screaming obscenities. Finally, Bob stops and turns around. "The door was unlocked, dipshit."

Jay is stunned, and for once, speechless. He falls behind as Bob keeps walking, but he runs to catch up with him. "I knew that. I didn't fuckin' wanna come in." He looks around. "Dude, was the big white ball fucked up or what? You'd think we were trying to take his girl or something." Bob looks sideways at Jay. "Oh, right." There's another short pause. "What the fuck is up with chicks around here likin' the tubby bitches? Jay ain't gettin' NO love."

Bob just rolls his eyes and keeps walking.

She climbs out of bed and stretches some. She pulls her hair back in a ponytail and tosses on her sweats and Berkeley sweatshirt. Tying on her trainers, she leaves Ten to sleep. She puts her headphones in and steps out into the park. She leaves the TARDIS on an early morning run.

Marty opens up Phale's bookstore to see whatever friendly force lives here has already tidied the bookstore again. Also the Tim Horton's coffee (which magically replaces itself every 20 minutes) is still there. But along with the muffins there is now a display of twinkies.

Twinkies. Huh. Whatever.

[OOC: Availability spottier than I thought today. Most coversations will be slow time.]

A beat up jeep drives through town and pulls up in front of Sheldon J Sand's House.

A familiar but older figure steps out of the jeep, his mullet flowing in the wind. He pulls out his old duffle bag and a binder filled with paperwork (including a teaching certificate) and heads to the house, stopping briefly to check on his old still.

He picks the lock on the front door with his trusty Swiss Army knife and shoves his way inside.

He looks around at the surrounding mess and smiles.

"All right kids! You didn't rent my old room out now did 'ya?" he shouts, realizing that probably everyone in the house is hungover from homecoming but doesn't really care.

It felt good to be home.

[OOC: That's right kids. The *Mac* is back...]

The curtains are drawn back, the window has been repaired, the smell of chips and other artery clogging foods is strong in the air and there's a neat sandwich-board propped outside that reads:

Open for business

It was a good day. She'd gone for a run, made friends with Han after he'd been so blunt with her at the dance, talked to Marty about politics (and impressed him a bit), and come back home and taken a shower. She needed to run back to her apartment and start packing up her things. She'd decided she'd leave any furniture the future tenant wanted...or she'd move it to the TARDIS storerooms...if that was ok with Ten.

She headed across the park to her old apartment.

Chloe stands behind the counter, doing her best to make the pastry tray look nice and appetizing. She's prepared plenty of coffee, in case anyone is still sporting a hangover.
