All and Sundries, 3/9

Edmund is giving another novel a try. It could never be as stirring as "Edmund: A Butler's Tale," but "Nob and Nobility" was going quite well. If it ended better than the last novel by the same author, Edmund was considering not sending Baldrick to find the author and camp out on his doorstep.

All and Sundries is open.

Agatha was finishing up the Count of Monte Cristo. THe story of the buried baby was coming to light. It was exciting. she eyed the TV set that Tommy hadn't yet picked up and flipped it on. For testing purposes only. Thankfully she managed to find a nature show to watch, since the set contrary to what Tommy said showed things other then sports and naked chicks.

On the show, baby turtles were being born. The announcer was wishing them a happy birthday. This made Agatha rather sad, as no one was wishing her a happy birthday. But then again noone knew, and she hadn't really made friends here. She got involved with Orlin and that led to the exclusion of most others. Well, she will have to fix that.

But not right now. Right now there were baby turtles, and the Count, and internet.

You would think that after spending all that time in England that Marty would be listening to some sort of indie English band.

Instead he's gone in the other direction and is playing the best of Johnny Cash.

What? Johnny Cash is cool.

Sam had received a phone call from the SGC stating that they were ready to pick up the sarcophagus with Camulus inside. They had a rendezvous time and place - the causeway - and now all they had to do was pick up the package from Blood Gulch Arms and get it to where it needed to go. Now Sam was waiting back at the school in case they tried to reach them again and as back-up in case anything went wrong.

Kawalsky knocked on the door.

[OOC: Locked to Tex, Cameron, Molly, Camulus and Orlin. Events inside Blood Gulch Arms are, as always, NFB.]

Cafe Fina, Thursday

Alfred opened up Cafe Fina punctually, as per usual. As he arranged the head waiter schedule, he reminded himself that Walter was most likely healed from his injuries and would be attending work as per usual.

[[Wait for the OCD threads to come up! Due to it being mid-term week and full of crazy nuttiness for Alfred-mun, he cannot offer his Butler-fu for lunch. Walter, on the other hand, should be able to do so.]]

Shop's open, and Giles is behind the counter, working with a large pile of paper and manuscripts, muttering to himself...

Jay and Silent Bob weren't doing anything suspicious. Honestly. Just a couple of guys, hanging around outside your convenience store of choice. Nothing to see here. Nope.

Quark had no idea why, but the nagging feeling that he needed to tend bar had somewhat overtaken him this evening, and so holographic Morn has been switched off, and Quark stands behind the bar in his place.

Serving some drinks to a couple random townsfolk, he gets that smug feeling he used to get back on DS9, whenever he'd get a truly satisfied customer. Who knew who might walk through the doors tonight, eh?

[ooc: Mostly for someone who knows who they are... but anyone is welcome to stop in.]

Veronica was late getting to Caritas because her mun forgot to put up the post she'd stopped by the clinic to check on the blood drive and Angel.

Luckily Tino had everything in good order and she was able to open almost on time.
