nadiathesaintNadia arrived back in Fandom with little fanfare, and after a brief pause by the causeway to remove her wig and tuck it into her suitcase, had headed straight for the park.
She had to make sure that Anna Lucia Stephanopolis Margot Frappuccino Steve was still standing by the duck pond. She'd worry later about finding a place to stay and figuring out how to reregister at the school.
The walk through town had been . . . very, very strange. When she'd returned to Buenos Aires after only being gone for six months, she'd been startled by the number of changes that had occurred, to the people in the streets, to the buildings and archetecture. Half the old warehouses she'd spent her youth in had been torn down or renovated, and her little gang had shrunk drastically in size. But Fandom seemed to have remained "ever the same", like it had been frozen in time, just waiting for her to return.
It was disconcerting, to say the least.
And, sure enough, Anna hadn't even weathered, and looked almost as polished and new as she that night when she and Walter had put the lobster together. She hoped that didn't mean that Walter had been out here, shining it up instead of doing the many, many other things he should have been doing though to be honest, she also kind of hoped he had. She wondered if he was even still in Fandom. She wondered who else was still around, if they would even care she was back, and if they ever found out what she'd done, if they'd ever welcome her again.
She wondered a lot of things and sat down on one of the benches to try and sort through them before she headed to the hotel.
[ooc: Nadia is back! She has been gone, in her mind, much longer than the four or so days she's been out of play. As such, her hair is a slightly different cut, her clothes are all different, she no longer is carrying around her backpack, and most importantly, there's a subtle change in the way she carries herself. These are the visible cues your character can pick up on that things might not be entirely "normal" with her arriving back. Post is totally open, yo!]
