Opening the store, Tori made sure the tea, cocoa and biscuits were all set for customers, when they arrived.

She took a seat at the counter, having brought along her Conflict Management handouts as well as a couple surfing magazines, to keep her amused for a bit. She hoped people would stop by today.

Teddy wasn't hiding in back lest another boom-box wielding person show up and play more Peter Gabriel. At all.

The reason why Emo and Goth were pretty much in charge of the store was because... He felt they needed the responsibility?

Apu opened up the store repleate with decorations for Easter.

It looks like Dudley the Rabbit exploded in here.

Magic Box, Tuesday

Giles was in a better mood today when he opened the shop. More distance from the weekend and the fact that Buffy was supposed to come in today seemed to be both mood improvers. Also, the brownies he'd been given yesterday that had taken him right back to his youth and his days of experimentation with, ah, altered states of consciousness hadn't exactly hurt either.

He'd also brought with him a small bag of peanuts which he poured out into a dish and left up on the spell components shelf. If there were going to be squirrels frequenting the place, he'd much rather they eat those than any of the actual merchandise.

The Magic Box was open.

Chrono was worried. Really worried. Rosette was obnoxiously hyper that morning, more so than usual, and then she asked him to sort of take care of things at the church while she was out and that she'd be back probably in not too long with a surprise. She had that grin on her face that he recognized all too well, one that usually preceded an event that had them doing the worst tasks around the convent for a full month for reparations for the damage and chaos she had caused.

...New York could spare a city block here and there. Fandom not so much.

So if he seemed a little nervous and jumpy while tending to the church, it was because he feared the world would come crashing down over his head at any minute.

[[ open for all your churchly needs; if it's the nun you seek, she'll be back in later after attending to some...business, so just mention that you came in then ]]

There's a ... ritual, of sorts, that many people go through upon being confronted with an unquestioningly obedient servant. Having satisfied himself that Gladys didn't feel mistreated, Sokka was... enjoying himself.

"Sit!"

"Stand!"

"Touch your nose!"

"Stand on one foot!"

"Spin around!"

"Hop!"

[BEWARE! THE OCD IS NEAR HERE!]

With her legs curled under her, Annette sat on a park bench, her handouts from Conflict Management on her lap. There was a lot of reading and studying to do before the test next week, and she admited if only to herself, that she didn't read War of the Tulips in class yesterday. She took notes, and these combined with the handouts, would have her reading and studying most of the day. If not the rest of the week.

It was a warm day, if not cloudy, so she took pleasure in sitting outside. Alone and content to do her work.

(It's a park, so it's open.)

Jane and Tino are arguing over what the legal age for squirrels should be.

Jane doesn't think there should be one.

Tino, apparently, only serves squirrels with press passes.

Jane doesn't think a press pass indicates age or ability to drink.

Tino considers it an indication of gainful employment and ability to eventually pay their tab (and tip).

When he told Chad that he wanted to start fresh, he really hadn't expected to get flowers. He wasn't sure what he had expected, but the thought was nice.

Teddy looked down as the waited for shoes. Chad's shoes actually. The poor guy at the front desk had to go searching for his size.

"Sorry about your shoes."

[[ooc: for the fake boyfriend, but open for your bowling needs.]]

Leo could await customers just as easily outside as he could inside, so he was lounging in a lawn chair out on the sidewalk.

After asking Molly to meet him here, getting a small table in the corner, hiding his gifts under the table and ordering a few sodas for them, Ray's now lounging quietly in his chair and waiting for his date to arrive.

[Ray's here with Molly but Ching Tai is open]
