Post Office, Friday
Friday, September 14th, 2007 07:08 amJust for the heck of it, Sokka followed Gladys around, to see what she did all day. It turned out to be much more tedious than he had ever thought possible -- apparently, what she did all day was a lot of mind-numbingly boring work. With nothing better to do, Sokka helped out.
"Soooooo, Gladys..." he eventually asked, while they were mopping the floor. "What do you do when you get bored?"
"I Do Not Get Bored," she replied.
Sokka blinked at her. "....kay." He blinked some more. "No, I mean, like, what do you do for fun?"
"I Work."
"Oooooooookay." With a shrug, Sokka dropped his mop and went back to the counter. If she liked work so much, who was he to stand in her way? I mean, really. He practically OWED it to her to goof off for the rest of the day.
