Jack opened the Photo Hut a bit early, feeling a bit down. He wasn't sure if he could have handled any kids this weekend, but the fact that he didn't have any made him alternate between sad and glad.

It seemed almost strange waking up to an empty apartment this morning. But G'Kar knew that Brianna was somewhere safe now.

He had his journal with him as he took up residence behind the counter. He had a whole new set of experiences to reflect on and he needed to write those down. This could take a while.

Gabriel, who had watched the invading children from the church roof, had been almost disappointed that none of them had come to visit the church. He was good at instilling the fear of God in them. Really.

Melody had entirely missed the kids because she spent the last few days in a mainland recording studio, working on a solo demo with a guitarist she'd found on Craigslist.

She was still going on tour with Josie. She thought. If she could wrap up a few things here, anyhow. And if her agent got her a decent percentage of t-shirt sales. (Melody's fluffiness tended to end when money was on the table.)

But, as she listened to her own voice on headphones, she realized how very nice it was to have options.

She was smiling as she unpacked a fresh shipment of CDs. Groovy Tunes was open.

Adam showed up to work early, though he wasn't as normally cheerful as he usually was. Probably had to do with the events of the weekend. Looking a little distracted, Adam checked the grounds, making sure things were in the correct places.

Arms Hotel Lobby, Tuesday

Jeff had brought a stack of sandwiches into the lobby today, unsliced ones (uncompartmentalised ones) which he had stacked in a neat little tower in front of him on the desk.

Following the dog laws of cause and effect to the letter, this meant that Nana was going to spend most of the day playing Inconvenient Living Rug to anyone coming within several feet of the desk. Jeff figured it was probably a good idea just not to get up.

Fandom Post Office - Tuesday

It was a reluctant Liz who opened the Post Office on Tuesday. She was still thinking about the past few days and the fact that Anna and Trevor would be with their version of her now. It was a relief to know that at least in one future that she was happy with a family but it didn't stop her from missing her kids now.
