Kaylee did not actually have anything to keep her hands busy today. So, she was restlessly tapping her fingers along the counter, and finally settled on the idea of shining up her tools.

So that was what she'd be doing today, since she didn't have nothing to work on. She'd have to fix that.

Between her new roommate plans and the music, she was in a good mood as she wrote the specials board.

Savannah was a few minutes late opening the store. Her red-rimmed eyes probably gave a good reason why she had been late. She moved around the store and made sure everything was in order before she unlocked the doors. She set herself up behind the counter with ledgers... and pretended she was focused on them.

Liir was in a reasonably good mood as he set up the book store. He even had some extra cookies from his baking yesterday to put out along with the cookies Millie provided. As usual, the Book Haven was dusted and straightened and Liir'd picked up his book to read by the time the door was opened.

Rikku was having an awesome day. She was gonna get a new roommate! She was at work, with all of the guns! Her finals had been awesome! She had an adorable and still-amazingly-grumpy Worf!kitty with her!

So the Wellspring Arms was open, and you were very, very likely to get bounced at. (Or hissed at, depending on which of the two it was that you chatted with.)

Today, Eve was trying to ignore the fact that her head felt like it was splitting open. She was managing this -- with only marginal success -- by wandering the exhibit whenever she had a free moment. Some of the stuff really made you think, and if she was thinking then her brain couldn't hurt as much.

Lemur Dance Party! [The Park - Friday event]

Sometime in the evening, the island was invaded.

By lemurs.

But these weren't just any lemurs -- no, these were party lemurs.

The park was transformed ( A picture, rather than a thousand words. )

and it was lemur dance party fever!
