Trick or Treating, All Across Town, Saturday

Deep in the shadows of the town, angry discarded candies were lurking for their chance to be eaten. The people who had set out the Trick or Treating route this year didn't care: this was an important tradition, and one they were set to uphold. Even if it meant they had to sacrifice a few members to munch on dried-out confectionary.

All Cable needed to know was that all had gone well thusfar. 2009's Halloween trick-or-treating was ready and set to go, and they'd even put out a few Halloween decorations outside to mark the way.

Hoshi had debated whether or not to dress up for Halloween. In the end, she not only picked out a pirate costume for herself but one for Porthos, too.

And Porthos seemed to enjoy a treasure hunt of his own, bringing Hoshi all sorts of oversized candy that he found. "I really hope you aren't stealing this from Gunther," said Hoshi, patting the dog after he'd brought her another bar of chocolate (a Snickers bar, not necessarily one of her favorites, but she would eat one if she had a craving. She added it to the candy that had somehow appeared in the desk drawer.

Hurley thought he was hilarious.

He was dressed as a ninja today.

Today's mix of music was, of course, all Halloween themed. The Monster Mash, Re: Your Brains, and all the other spooky classics.

Catch him behind the counter because... well, unlike real ninja, Hurley was really easy to see.

Caritas; Saturday Evening

Chuck was still in his costume when Caritas opened on Saturday night. It was still Halloween, after all now. Only now the drinking to eating candy ratio leaned more towards the drinking part.
