She'd been concentrating so hard on other things lately that Aphrodite felt like she was neglecting the store. That much was obvious from the lack of new products, so much of Saturday had been spent looking for new and unique items to shock people with entertain her customers.

And now she was happily building a display for her newest products.

And as soon as she finished the display she'd be right back to planning the party. "There's so much to do, and I still have to find someone to carve an ice sculpture of me, Herc."

Life as the love goddess was so hard. Decadent Delights is open.

(ooc: Links are definitely NWS! Store and post open, but I'm afk for the next couple of hours.)

"It's Fight Club," Tyler said. "You know what that means. You, you, you, you, you two, and, Ghani, finish up."

"You with her, you two, and you with that gentleman over there," she said. "Now fight."

[OOC: We can has no brainz for ze banter. But the OCD is up, so go hit someone.]

Ben was kind of surprised to find that he didn't have anything new to put up on display. He did, however, have empty boxes from previous shipments.

So he built a box fort behind the counter. Really, it was just because he could.

[OOC: I'm lazy so no OCD.]

Even though there wasn't usually much to do at the HQ, Kyle was usually able to get some meditation time into his workday.

If anyone walked in and noticed desks, water coolers, or papers levitating, that's just because Kyle was doing a little bit of training.

[OOC: No OCD here either!]

It lurked. In the shadows. In the corners. Behind the booths.

It lurked.

And when the dishes least expected it...

"INCOMING!!!"

They were assaulted by plastic balls that Zack had snuck out of the sixth floor ball pit.

Today's Specials:
Come in, sit down!
Get beaned in the head by a plastic ball, and eat for free!
(Please don't sue us, the puppy's crazy.)

Café Fina was open.

Beware.

It was a Sunday, winter was on the way, and Jono didn't exactly have anything else to do with his afternoon. Therefore, it was time to meet Jean in the park to make the best of what was left of the nice weather before the winter slog could show up and hit with a vengeance.

Or whatever it was that winter did around here. Jonothon didn't exactly have a wealth of American winters behind him, after all.

So there he was, kicking a soccer football around, waiting for that redheaded bird to show up so that he could kick her arse at footie again.

[For that redheaded bird, but open park is still open!]

Biff had a bacon sandwich and a new book to read if it turned out to be a quiet shift.

He kept glancing toward the door, just in case anyone had a need for meditating, shooting things, or not being allowed to buy a weapon.

"Oh Tino, don't you just love this movie," Adora sighed, leaning on the counter and staring adoringly at the television screen. "I hope it ends happily with a shared kiss!"

Tino responded with a pathetic cough, his forehead smushed against the bar and his eyelids fluttering in exhaustion. Someone shouldn't have come to work tonight. The draw of boobs was obviously too great to keep him away.

"The prince so wants to marry the strong and dynamic student, and yet, his accented family doesn't approve of his choice!" Another sigh. "These are the evenings I miss my prince. Do you have a special friend, Tino? One to have the sex with?"

The only answer she got was snoring. Adora smiled over at the bartender, feeling sorry for him as she draped a bar towel over his shoulders. "Sleep now, friend. I shall do the work tonight."

There was a new palletload of Beaver Buzz energy drinks today -- someone must have thought Lacey wanted more of them, to go with the natural sodas. And they wouldn't take them back, either, for reasons that had something, vaguely, to do with customs, or at least that was the story Lacey got out of the woman on the other end of the line. So there they were, cases of the stuff, should any poor addicted souls thirsty students care to avail themselves of it.

Lacey Burrows, caffeine pusher. The editor of the Dog River Howler probably felt vindicated.

Today's Specials
Roast Beef and Ham Melt with BBQ Sauce
Spinach, Strawberry, and Walnut Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Now Hiring - See Manager for Details

Luke's is open, and Lacey is kind of wondering if the Beaver Buzz thing is like a real-life CafeWorld gift, and if so, shouldn't she have had to click a button to accept the request?
