It still felt pretty spectacular to Fawn that she had a job; her sisters wouldn't even let her work at their video store back home yet, and, here she was, opening up a shop and expected to be in charge of the place for at least a good chunk of the day. No wonder Cookie and Vidamiá spent so much time at their shop; it was a little empowering, filled her with importance and made her feel like she could take on nearly anything.

Of course, that was all before Fawn encountered the music system. She understood, vaguely, how a CD player worked. They didn't have one back home, but they weren't so poor that they didn't know what one was or anything. This seemed to go well beyond anything Fawn had dealt with before, and there seemed to be one of the iPod things involved, and she was never very technically inclined to begin with...

Hopefully the customers would forgive her for the fact that it seemed to be looping inexorbinant amounts of J-Pop while she tried to figure it out.

Caritas- Wednesday

From the looks of it, today was an experiment day at Caritas, with Tino mixing random things together to create something new. After a while of watching him, Kitty looked at the drinks lined up and said, "You just want to make different colors, don't you?"

Which wouldn't seem like a bad thing, until he got Kitty to actually try one of them.

"Okay, that was a bad idea, never do this sort of thing again," she decided, turning to get herself a glass of water.

There hadn't been anything for Shira to do when she got in aside from a quick dusting and straightening up a couple displays, so once she'd done that she tucked herself in a chair with yet another book on a system of magic that was not her own. She couldn't help finding other people's abilities fascinating.

Alice had a busy morning, cleaning up the mess from a knocked over display and then switching out a couple displays and then reorganizing the files in the office...

... okay, so maybe that last one was because she was starting to get bored. She'd made things more efficient, so hopefully Arya and Annja wouldn't get too terribly mad with her. She'd hate to lose her job before the summer was over.

Once she was finally done with that, though, she sat out in the main shop and watched the customers.
