The full moon was over for the month with no more damage done to Jack than usual, and Jack had a week's distance from that other world.

He wasn't quite all right. Even someone with his impressive repression skills needed more than seven days to get over being dead. But he was feeling normal enough to hum along with the stereo as he got to work, and to make a small wager with Tiny on the women's soccer games later that day.

Jack put his money on Japan and Canada before settling in with some supplier contracts.

Chilly Boulder- Monday late afternoon

Given who the chihuahua currently in her care was when he wasn't a chihuahua, there was no way in hell Jaye was leaving him alone in her apartment. It was a miracle he wasn't dead by Vader like a dozen times for the stuff he pulled, he wasn't getting left with her stuff unsupervised. So naturally, he was at Chilly Boulder with her.

While trying to talk them into giving her the raisin rum without the pesky raisins, the manager came over to complain about the dog in a food establishment, which was why Jaye'd spent a lot of time arguing that it wasn't really unsanitary unless Jamie was doing the scooping.

Believe it or not she won that one, and was now at a table, refusing to share. "I hear ice cream's bad for dogs," she explained.

The Gig, Monday

Angelica was running late to work due to having to go back to her room and shower after art class -- it had been exceptionally messy. A quick cleanup job hadn't gotten all the paint out of her hair, though, so there were still spots of purple and green and yellow dotting the red.

But hey, there were fabulous scrunchies to hold back her hair as she tended to the horses, at least. She wasn't sure where they all came from, but she was a child of the 80s, after all, so she was happy to make use of them.
