According to the radio, the way to stop this insanity was to wander about, searching for items that could be used in some kind of ritual. Hyacinthe didn't quite understand everything about it, but he was willing to render whatever aid he could in order to make this stop. Fortunately, he did not have to work alone; there were plenty of others willing to help him to search for something that would represent generosity.

The Preserve, Saturday Afternoon

"I am so bucking tired of this!"

Dante had just wanted to leave the dorms, but even that was an adventure with these docking stupid things going around. First he'd slipped down the stairs - somehow managing to make it look like he was riding a skateboard down the lawn - and then he'd bumped into an alot of mallets. Had you ever seen a pony backflip, side-slide and handstand his way through an array of mallets? You had now.

He'd wound up balancing on a single tiny branch up in the trees of the preserve, and as he leaped off, he'd done a little somersault without planning to before landing neatly in the center of a clearing in the preserve.

Surrounded by giant fanged bunnies and cackling winged gremlins that reminded him uncomfortably much of some of the demons back home. "Fine!" he snapped, as the circle of bad guys approached him in perfect lockstep. "You wanna fight me? Fight me!"

He might have still not figured out how to use his stupid horn to do anything but hover, but he was quickly discovering that it - and hooves on both ends - were not something the bunnies enjoyed getting in the stomach.

Now if only they'd do something more satisfying than make emptying-balloon noises and flop over when he hit them hard, that'd be great.
