They even had enough of it put back together to open in a limited way for actual customers -- so long as said customers didn't mind a general lack of air conditioning.
They did have fans? And the busboy was doing a decent job of keeping up with replacing the bowls of ice in front of each one. So that was almost the same thing. . . .
