Whatever it was that had been going on with the Squishy machine hadn't really been fixed yet, and, for the most part, had actually gotten worse, but Shunsui didn't really care so long as Summer-chan and Apu-san took care of it without bothering him too much about it, especially when Wednesdays might shape up to be a busier sort of day for him (compared to most days, anyway), so he clearly needed to get his napping in.

"Just give it a week, Apu-san," Shunsui all but sighed, waving his hand dismissively, as if to shoo him away to a different part of the store, "and if it's still an issue then, we can probably do something about it. But, really, now, it's probably just working to get it out of its system. No point in putting any effort into anything...."

The statement trailed off, like it might be finished with a little more regarding this specific situation, but nope. Nope. That was it. That was the statement.

By now, Tino thought he was prepared for whatever it was that Summer would bring in that evening now that she'd taken to doing at least one standard jello shot and one...'experimental' one, but he really should have known better.

"You're a monster, you know that?"

Summer beamed as if he'd just given her the highest praise. "Don't blame me!" she sang brightly. "Blame the internet! But you can help yourself to any if you want, Tino, and you won't even have to sing."

Yeah, he was going to pass on that one.

Everyone, at least presumably, should be much cleaner and less splattered with paint this week, but, if that weren't the case, well, you do you, what you do in your free time was none of Amaya's business! But getting everything set up for another movie class was, and so that's exactly what she was going to do.

"Alright," she said, once everyone seemed to get their arriving and mingling out of their system, "I suppose we should get started on tonight's feature. Now, I can't actually remember if I've seen this one before or not," she'd squeezed an awful lot of movies into the few shorts years she'd been here, "but it's considered a classic and a must-watch on most lists on that sort of thing I've perused, so I figured, why not? It's significantly lacking in explosions, for my tastes, but that tends to be the case with these older ones. Anyway! Hope you enjoy!"

And, with that, she waited for everyone to get settled in before pushing play.

The park- Wednesday afternoon

Since she'd rebuilt Luke's lightsaber, Rey hadn't really done much training with her staff. It wasn't even a conscious decision. It just felt like that was ingrained in her, whereas she was still learning a new weapon. But it also did her no good to let those skills get rusty, especially whenever she started sketching what her own might lightsaber might look like someday.

She'd headed to the park to get some work in, and was watching the clouds a little. Not that a little rain would stop her.

The Devil's Nest, Wednesday Evening

There was a DJ tonight, and the axe range was back in full view. If there was anything at the Devil's Nest that made it clear that Lucifer was no longer on the island, those were it. And tonight, Octavia felt kind of numb about it.

Learning how to mix more cocktails could wait. She'd be throwing axes for a good portion of her shift, today.
