A part of Troy wondered why he even bothered coming into work today, because he was definitely not getting any work done, but then he also remembered that he very rarely actually did any work while he was here, so he guessed it didn't really matter. He was pretty sure there were better ways to spend his time right now....getting all sweaty in class earlier had really been a wasted opportunity, because there weren't enough people around who could appreciate his sweatiness...

...so if anyone actually did come in today and wonder why Troy decided to rearrange all the heavy equipment in the store to acheive a good recreation of that muscular sweatiness, well, then, weren't they in luck, especially if they decided to come in once Troy realized it would be a terrible shame if his nice shirt were to get all sweaty, too, and figured he'd best take that off for now...

And you know what? Maybe he could even forget his shirt for that party...

Yeah, okay. Time away from the island? Definitely skewed your perception on what certain things actually felt like, and Prompto was having some regrets about coming back this weekend, but he was hoping it wasn't anything a run around then island on his old routes couldn't help.

Stupid sexy pollen. Stupid sexy Ignis!

But he was trying not to think about that, he was just going to focus on jogging and running and maybe puppies later, puppies were good! And then he's figure out how to handle the rest of the day, or maybe, just maybe, he would just keep jogging until he was too exhausted to do anything but pass out on the couch later.

Yeah. Yeah! That sounded like a perfect and viable option that would definitely work!

So for now? All the running. It was fine. This was fine!

Eric had been having a fantastic week, thank you so much for asking! He was lounging by the bar in a shirt that should probably be buttoned, but the bar was hot and so was he, so he wasn't bothering.

When Octavia turned up at Luke's today, the reaction from the staff resembled a collective "...Um." Apart from that one guy who immediately excused himself into the walk-in freezer, anyway. "The boss isn't in today," tried one of the others. (One of these days, she would learn their names. Maybe that was even going to be today.) "You want some fruit?" another one chimed in, hopeful.

Octavia shook her head. "I'm here to work."

They stared at her.

She sighed. "Look, I know how to work the register. Just -- let me be useful, okay?"

They did not dare to question her further, and so she settled behind the counter.
