If today wasn't just a great day for taking frequent naps at the counter, well, then, apparently Shunsui didn't know when was a good day for taking frequent naps at the counter! Granted, it was his firm believe that any day was a good day for taking frequent naps at the counter, so his criteria wasn't exactly that strict.

And, hopefully, signing a card for Summer-chan was the most streneous work that was going to be expected out of him today. He had, after all, signed it very well! That was some excellent signing work, really.

Covent Garden Flowers; Wednesday [05/26].

The cluster of tropical flowers were enjoying a nice, warm isolated thunderstorm in the shop today, which Astrid was enjoying as well because there was just something really soothing about the sound of rain, sometimes interrupted with a nice peal of thunder, that was calming to her. Plus, she knew she should enjoy it while it lasted, because it was the sort of storm that arrived quickly, poured itself out hard, and then moved on, and then she would have to get a mop and a bucket and clean it up.

Hopefully she wouldn't come back from the Wednesday activity to find the whole place flooded, or something. It seemed to have a way to handle it well enough, anyway, so for now she was just going to enjoy it and filled a few pictures with sketches of Amsterdam, because that was where the rain always took her, to the fact that she was pretty sure she'd maybe seen the sun once or twice in their short time living there.

Caritas; Wednesday [05/26].

Thanks to Apu and the very nice card that he'd gotten the whole T&C crew to sign and some flowers that she could only assumed he'd picked up last minute when he went to Covent to get Astrid's signature, Summer knew it was, apparently, World Redhead Day (which she figured would have just been St. Patrick's, but okay). And while she didn't usually buy into all that crap that she was pretty sure he just made up, she also wasn't usually staring down the barrel of a long weekend of forced family camping, either, so, you know what? Yeah. They were totally celebrating World Redhead Day at Caritas that Wednesday because this redhead was going to need it to survive her upcoming weekend.

Probably.

Actually, there was a good chance she'd need a lot more to survive this weekend, knowing her family, but...

Something was happening in the park again. Because it was Wednesday and it was summer. But it caused a single squirrel to come in to make a police report.

And guess who was dumb enough to not scatter like the troopers did.
