Sure it was a little gloomy out there in Fandom but Jamie was in a good mood when he opened Empire Records up.

That was until he opened up the new shipment of music and found something.... evil.

Evil beyond comparison.

No human, alien or sentient being should ever have to face this.

Jamie took the box and hid it in the back room under a stack of Bee Gee albums.

When he returned to the front counter he did his best to forget what he saw.

If your radio was tuned to Pirate Radio, you'd hear a very familiar voice crackling through it at noon.

"This be Barbossa," he began, kicking his feet up onto his new desk and speaking into the microphone. "And I be comin' t' ye from the newest 'n most improved Crow's Nest wit' me newest program: Wine, Wenches, 'n Song, devoted t' helpin' the lovelorn 'n the hopeless-type romantics t' get some manner o' clue. I also be playin' yer requests 'n dedications, provided they be not somethin' I don't like."

Barbossa spun around in his chair. "The pirate be in, the phone lines be open. Bother me."

He pushed a button and Meat Loaf's "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" began playing. Barbossa was quite the romantic.

He had a datapad in his hand, and was flicking through some flight pattern schematics. Wormhole flight patterns, to be exact.

Edmund is drinking and mumbling. Unless your drunkenese is particularly fluent, he's likely completely unintelligible, but it would seem from his inflection and general tenor that he is haranguing someone about something.

One bottle finished and left sitting atop a trash can does not spell the end of drinking. It just means he pulls another bottle out of the pocket of his jacket and keeps drinking.

Once again, sleeping all day had given Jude lots and lots of excess energy. Almost none of which had been expended packing for his weekend. So here he was in the park, amusing himself by working on his kickflip in between rocketing around the park at unsafe speeds.
