Kaylee showed up for her first day at Empire Records. She was very excited about this because she could learn more about earth music while making some extra cash.

Though she didn't know much about the music, she'd be willing to help any customers.

[ooc: Will be afk for a few hours. Back!]

Very, very early Friday morning, a taxi drove up on the causeway and stopped. The taxi driver unloaded the car, then gave his tiny blonde passenger a concerned look. "Are you sure you don't need any help?"

"Oh, totally!" Buffy beamed at him and picked up three of her bags. They didn't look heavy at all. "If you'd just sort of put the rest on top of these, I'll be totally fine!"

The Taxi driver stared. He swallowed. "...Okay."

After an invigorating night of … stamp collecting … Wilson and Aziraphale slept in a bit, for them at least and enjoyed some … errr … more stamp collecting before finally getting up and starting their day. Showers went a long way to helping a person wake up, yet Wilson still brewed a pot of coffee to supplement his tea intake and he puttered around making them a simple breakfast of bagels and loxs.

Over breakfast they talked about the radio and Wilson explained to Aziraphale a little more completely what it was and that, yes it had been around the last time they were in Fandom, Phale just had never known to turn it on. This was a situation the angel decided would need to be rectified in the future and so one of the ‘buttons’ on the apartment wide stereo system was now permanently keyed to the Fandom Radio.

A quick trip to the store got Wilson the other ingredients he’d need for baking and after flipping on a CD of the angel’s favorite instrumental jazz, Aziraphale disappeared into the study to sort books into the three big bookcases that had appeared there and Wilson settled down to making the promised cake.

A Hummingbird cake with cream cheese frosting as promised only using fresh pineapple instead of canned. At some point the apartment’s front door was set open, allowing the delicious scents of food, fresh Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, and a rich orange spice tea to waft invitingly out into the hallway.

Sugar and caffeine… the natural diet of many Fandom High faculty!

[ooc: Open to all Mauvaise Chance Apartment dwellers and/or anyone who would have or wants to make up a reason to stop by Apt# 4 during the day!]

Lana was in, only a little hangover after her night at Caritas. She straightened things up and waited for any customers who might happen to come in.

Edmund grudgingly opened the store, but not without slapping a strip of gaffers tape over Baldrick's mouth.

The singing.

Dear heaven.

The singing!

All and Sundries is open.

Lana and Lavender made their way to the Pizza Planet to grab some lunch, taking the long way around so that Lana could show Lavender some of the different shops in town.

[OOC: Open for all your pizza needs!

Alfred was having some problems.

It had to do with the fry cooks forming a union.

They wanted 50% of every french fry batch they cooked.

Welcome to Fandom, everyone.

[[I'll be out most of the evening, so mod Wadsworth. Alfred's in the back negotiating.]]

Blair came better equipped tonight to meditate in the park in the rain. He was wearing a poncho.

Or rather a poncho made out of a black trash bag. It was sort of like recyling. Plus it looked cool.

[ooc:open!]

GOB was pretty quiet tonight. He seemed to still be moping after finding out that Jeremy Pong got a basic cable magic showcase out of his win at the NVLOM awards.

So GOB dedicated himself to a new trick: making a bottle of Scotch disappear. He was becoming a master at it.

[OOC: It's best to just mod Tino tonight.]

A while after sunset, D'anna headed down to the Devil's Nest per her email.

The place was hoppin'. There were quite a number of people (old and new) already there.

She said a few hellos, ordered a drink, and eventually headed to the crowded dance-floor.

[OOC: 1. Up later than I meant due to Crashyness on my part. 2. The post is for EVERYONE!]

Zuko sat in the sand, waiting for Bel to show up. He was wearing his usual clothes again now, while he liked his new outfits, he felt more at ease doing this in the clothes he was familiar with. He just hoped it wouldn't start raining again.

((Audience is welcome, but for your character's safety please don't tag into the thread between Zuko and Bel. Things might get hot.))
