At noon, the radio cackles to life.

"I would like to state two things: I was NOT stuck in a tree and I don't shed. Contrary to anything else you might here." After a pause, Faithful's voice comes back. "Right, lines are open, call in to complain, ask pretty much anything, or request music. If you don't do the last one, I'll just play whatever my paw hits and then you're to blame for the bagpipe rendition of that song with the hips." Faithful's voice is replaced by a heart warming rendition of ... Little Bunny Foo-Foo.

Jamie finished the usual store tasks in record time and is now trying to fight off boredom.

Currently that means trying to embed all pens and pencils into the ceiling tiles and helping the occasional customer.

Chrono idly hummed to himself as he went about the cleaning tasks around the church; with Rosette downstairs rooting through the basement for more clues, it was quite nice and quiet today, and it had him in a pretty good mood. Tomorrow would be fun, too, as they were going to traipse around the island, looking for any noticable descrepencies between the current map of the island and the old one she had found. It was going to be really neat to get to see the island a bit more.

Giles had asked his supplier to try and work more scientific and mathematical books into future shipments.

It's possible said supplier has something of a mind of his own. Or a one track mind. Or both.

Ranma gets to the restaurant early, a full half an hour early. He stays outside and waits patiently, leaned against the wall. He tries not to think too much but he keeps ruminating on a few things no matter how hard he tries to ignore them. He wasn't going to the screw this up. Forget Jude. He's getting tired of caring so much about other people's feelings. As bad as he felt to be doing something like this to Jude, who was really a nice guy in general. But why did Jude deserve Setsuna anymore than he did? If Setsuna let this happen then it's not really entirely is fault. Jude could only be partly mad at him.

But he also had Chad in the back of his mind. Chad was... really not such a bad guy. But he was in love with Setsuna. That was final.

((ooc: For Setsuna, but open for all chinese food cravings))

Jane arrived to open Caritas only to find that the band had broken up.

Literally.

Bits of them were everywhere, they had completely fallen apart.

So she reassembles them as best she can.

Unfortunately, the guitarist's head is on the sax player's body, and the drummer's arms are on the basest.

This should be interesting.

After a lot of close inspection, Hikaru stood behind a tree completely in Kaoru-esque dress. Not that they didn't wear the same clothes, but there were those subtle differences in taste that he was worried Matilda would notice. With his hair swooped to the opposite side, and his face well relaxed which was helped by the earlier practice in class he was ready to impersonate his brother.

Approaching the park, Matilda would be able to see his hair peaking out from the tree.

((Open for parky goodness, hikaru-matilda thread closed.))

Cafe Fina, Tuesday

[identity profile] walter-n-wires.livejournal.com
Walter arrived at the restaurant on time only the find that the sous chef had chained himself to the kitchen doors.

What followed was a tense standoff about the rights of mutton and veal.

Cafe Fina would unfortunately not be opening today.

[ooc: Geeking hugely about portfolio stuff. Have no brain for FH tonight.]

After making a handwavy call, Blair took a seat and went over his notes. He sipped a large hot chocolate and tried not to let the sugar and caffeine rush go to his head.

[Blair's meeting V, but the post is open for all your coffee needs.]

Nadia hadn't been paying a whole lot of attention to what she was doing as she left the dorms, so while she was running to try and clear her head after her conversation with Cally, she was dragging along the cat toy she'd bought for Furrball, and the cat was dogging her heels, trying to catch it.

Must make an interesting contrast, an upset girl running like she was trying to escape something, followed along by such a playful kitty.
