Mary was restless. Except for her shift on Wednesday, she'd been cooped up in her suite all week. She ordered a slice of cherry pie and a large cup of coffee, then settled at a table in the corner.

[Open!]

Charlie was sorry to be stuck inside today-- it was way too nice out-- but at least she had the new Barry Plodder to read while she was at work. The kittens frolicked, and U2 and Fiona Apple played on the speakers.

Groovy Tunes was open.

Luke's Diner, Saturday

As he absently wiped the counter of the diner, Jude pondered.

Jude needed a girl. Jude needed a girl who met two very specific qualifications. First, that she would never, ever go out with him. And second, that she wouldn't hurt him for asking if it hurt when she fell from heaven.

Unfortunately, the second ruled out most of the first around here.

On the plus side . . . well, there was a plus side. It was a really, really, really big plus side.

[[Luke's is open, but with bouts of SP. Migraine and all the fun extras it comes with. And my sister snaked Deathly Hallows, weetiny terror that she is.]]

Ellen had so not been on the mainland last night. Seriously, why would she be? She just hadn't slept well, is all. And if she'd been late, there would be a much better reason than anything having to do with being busy reading.

In any case, she eyed the 3 Minute Dates sign as she came in, then decided to ignore it - she didn't need it anymore, now did she?

[OOC: I'm aroundish, but headachey and boy it's hot. *ded* Mod Tino if you prefer quick service!]

Setsuna was in an unusually bright mood today; it had something to do with the handwavey hour and a half long phone call she'd had earlier with Konoka-Ojou-sama, where Setsuna didn't really say much as her best friend back home babbled endlessly, excitedly about that new Barry Plotter book. Setsuna didn't even really understand half of it, but she could listen to Ojou-sama go on and on about paperclips and she'd still be entertained.

Still, it also left her incredibly distracted, so she took on most of the smaller tasks while Musubi offered to serve most of the drinks, about to tell that the little half-demon's mind was a million miles away.

The Devil's Nest is open!

[[ up early due to being away for most of the evening. Please mod Musubi if you want quick service; otherwise, if you don't mind SP, I sure as heck don't either! ]]

Gabriel had returned to reading his book, which had turned out to be a lot more exciting than he'd expected. It also distracted him from the mess in the church.

[The church is open]

The idea had crept up on him while he'd been finishing up the breakfast dishes. Usually he and Aziraphale would have dinner here at the house on Saturday nights before Wilson headed down to the clinic to cover his shift but tonight he wanted to try something a little different.

Grinning impishly as it got a little later in the afternoon but while he still had plenty of time to get down to his shift, Wilson began to leave out little clues for the angel to find. With a start spot and a note saying simply 'follow me' and then he laid a track.

The track wound it's way lazily through the park and then down through the streets to the Pizza Planet. It had been awhile since they had simply gone on a nice quiet pizza date and there was something comforting about pizza.

Though as he waited, Wilson had a bit of fun with a napkin a pen and a list of very strange ingredients to try on a pizza. He was idly wondering just how raisins on a pizza might taste.

[ooc: Wilson is here for the Guardian and their thread is locked to them but otherwise open for your pizza nibbling needs!]

Where was Leo? Asleep in the hammock he'd set up out front of the store.

There were two signs in the window:

HELP WANTED

and

SHAKE HIPPIE FOR ASSISTANCE

Photo Hut is open.
