Makoto showed up on time, in his girl-guise, and in a good mood. Setting out the pastries and tea for any customers – while making sure to nab some for himself – Makoto then settled in behind the counter with a book.

Ino was in a good mood as she showed up to open the shop. A good night's sleep and she'd convinced herself that it had just been paranoia speaking last night. Surely noticing Kabuto around more than normal hadn't meant anything, right? She was humming as she watered her plants and swept and dusted.

Her smile faded a bit when she remembered that Cable-san had done radio on Thursday and that wasn’t nearly far enough away for her liking. And she hoped that he hadn’t discovered the fact that she'd joined a gun club yesterday.

She eyed the stairs up to his apartment and hoped he didn’t stop by.

Amber was at work today feeling pretty good about actually... working. She was busy behind the counter going over the super-huge handout Turtle had left her to read on her first day. Amber still hadn't finished it.

She was in a good mood and ready to help assist anyone did they come in and need her services.

The not-really-a-harlot was at work this morning and today he was actually working. He was checking out some new digital cameras and maybe enjoying himself by snapping a few pictures. Of himself. This might take up most of his day.

As far as morning walks go, Andrew had rather enjoyed the one he took to work. That is, until some loony bird decided to start dive-bombing his head. He had run the last two hundred yards or so, screaming at the bird and waving his hands about his head.

After opening the store, he took up a position by the front windows, where he could keep a wary eye on the sky.

That Magic Box was open.

Hoshi was feeling better now that the belly button piercing was gone. Of course her alternate self had to screw that up so that it got infected. Oddly enough, Hoshi had gotten rather attached to the idea and was planning to get a new piercing (done by someone who knew what they were doing) before her next trip home.

Gunther acting really weird today, ranting on and on in German about a dog and a beret, so Hoshi slipped into the kitchen to make sushi. Eventually, Gunther calmed down enough to learn how to make it himself.

It was time for another batch of letters home, so today Beauty was sitting behind the counter with her stationery and pens, trying to filter out the worst of the Fandom weirdness and still have something to write about.

It was slow going, so she'd be likely to welcome any distractions.

Unfortunately, he could add 'no excuse' to his list, as well, because he somehow didn't think that Yitzhak would be entirely convinced with his excuse on why he wasn't at work on Sunday. However, part of him was also thinking Yitzhak wouldn't care. His special for the day, however, was very reflective of the entire experience:

It was impossible for Teyla to miss the crates of CDs still scattered around the store when she came in. She hadn't managed to get exposed to Gilbert and Sullivan yet, so she decided it would be best to leave today's musical choice to chance, and blindly picked up the first CD she could grab.

Anyone coming in would find H.M.S. Pinafore on, while Teyla carefully put the crates to good use in helping her reach high spots to dust.

Normally Roy would have made the troopers hang up the posters, but somehow he didn't mind avoiding the station just for a little bit. So in the name of getting fresh air, the sheriff could be seen hanging up posters.

Caritas, Wednesday Night

Still not too thrilled about the whole cheerleader deal, but other than that, Faith was in a pretty sweet mood. And since it seemed to be warming up nicely for January (wtf, Fandom?) that meant she could get away with wearing a t-shirt instead of long sleeves or a coat. Good times.
