As Sokka restocked the Easter candy on the shelves, he set aside the best and freshest packages for himself. Just one of the perks of the job, even IF he did have to actually pay for them.

And he picked EXTRA-delicious Squishy flavors today, in case Amber stopped by to take him up on the dare.

Geoffrey does not want to be here.

Geoffrey doesn't feel he should be here. He has better things to do, after all, that involve cleaning up the space he found and picking the first play he'd be doing and all manner of other things that don't involve working for the Man.

...but Geoffrey is here because, until he gets a show going, he's got to pay for the Robitussin and the booze somehow. Because he needs the Robitussin to breathe and the booze to, uh--

He can't remember. Which means a trip to the bar is necessary tonight. Not that it wouldn't have been, considering he'd be selling frozen bananas all day.

Oh and the suit? Hell no, he's not dressed like a banana.

The Arms Hotel Lobby, Thursday [3/6]

Mary knew she was in trouble when Gunther came out of the kitchen followed by the sous chef. Both of them were carrying cakes. "What's this?" asked Mary.

Gunther explained that he had stayed up all night baking to get ready for the cake tasting. The sous chef nodded in agreement and placed a slice of yellow cake with lemon cream filling in front of her.

"Gunther, you really don't expect eat all this by myself," said Mary, looking worried as more hotel staffers started bringing out cakes from the kitchen. "I  mean, I still have to worry about fitting into my wedding dress. And shouldn't the groom be here for this?"

Gunther simply handed her a fork and commanded her to eat. So Mary took a bite of the lemon cream filling, made a face, and said "No."

This was going to be a very long day.

Melody was hunting for three furry kitties, who had found a cozy nest behind one of the leftover crates of "The Mikado" and were not coming out.

Also, her ear itched.

"Kitties, kitties, where are? If you come approximately outside behind boxes that we can place pursuit, and I tuna for you have!"

She frowned. That didn't sound right.

Robin had a very important mission tonight.

Tonight, she was tossing maraschino cherries into shot glasses from progressively farther distances.

Her record for actually getting one in was three feet away. She felt very proud. And she'd keep going until she hit four, at least.
