Jan had been grazing on the dorm lawn when he'd caught the scent. It was faint, distant, but still he'd known it. It was a unicorn.

Heart racing, he'd followed it, nose lifted into the breeze, trotting through Fandom's streets until there, in the distance, he'd seen him: another stallion, as dark as Jan, but thinner, taller.

With a glad cry, Jan sprang into a canter, sliding to a stop in front of the other unicorn. It was a unicorn, one of Jan's people, and so it never occurred to him that this might be one of the denizens of the bad island.

Which was a shame, really.

[ooc: initial thread locked to me, la, but after that, Korr will still be in the park if you want to be threatened/chased/injured by a crazy unicorn.]

Dōjima was looking pale but determined as she set-up the presentation space.  She'd been shooed out of the clinic at some point to 'go eat', and this seemed as good a way to repress as any.  If she was not allowed to go find and kill this Tybalt, she'd settle for channeling her rage into a more, ah, 'productive' manner.  Like making sure her classmates had access to useful information, and weren't being brainwashed.

Seating?  Check?  Props?  Check.  Goodie Bags for the end?  Triple check.  This was gonna be awesome.

Barney and Tink-sensei would be so proud.

Reno had to agree. Upon learning of an abstinence-only class, he had pretty much decided without question that someone had to teach the other side of the story.

The side of the story that didn't involve blue-balls until marriage. Some people just couldn't live that way, dammit.

He crossed his arms and sauntered over to stand by the side of his intrepid teaching buddy.

LJ-Cut for bananas in baggies, and their insane excuse for teaching... )

Mary was a hugger, so she didn't hesitate to give Gunther a hug when she found him crying for a second day.

She had second thoughts when he tried to cop a feel. And when Gunther started crying again after she slapped him, Mary didn't feel all that guilty.

"Mayor Summers!" The staff was hot on Cable's heels the moment he set foot in the building oncemore. "So your deputy handled some of these papers yesterday-- great woman, by the way-- and we were wondering if--"

Deputy...? Well, he supposed the building hadn't fallen over with Robin in charge. He'd have to let her know he was grateful. But now... "I need all the trooper reports of the past 24 hours," he said, "And anything you might have on Nemesis's geography."

"Yes, sir!" They scampered off. Cable took his seat behind the desk and flicked through the days' information at a rapid pace.

[ no ocd; open for anyone who needs to talk to Cable ]

The Joker and a posse of ZOMG chipmunks made their way to Fandom's radio station. It doesn't really matter why and it doesn't really matter how. All the matters was that he was there now. After he and the chipmunks had some, ah, fun with the squirrel hostages, the Joker went through the music in the station and put together a playlist he could share with his adoring fans. Then he put his feet up and turned the microphone on.

"Gooooooooooooood afternoon, Fandomites. This is the Joker with Radio C-H-A-O-S, bringing you the screams of yesteryear and of today--"

*muffled squeaking*

"Ah shh shh shhhhhhhhhhhhh. You know, if you try to speak the duct tape will just irritate your skin more. How d'you think I got these scars?" There was a period of long maniacal laughter. "Oh! I like this job! I like it!"

"Call in and tell me your troubles, your woes and your problems and I will guarantee to put a smile on your face, one way or another," The Joker chuckled. "I'm a man of my word."

The Joker sat back and flipped on what might be a very familiar song to some people and waited for the phone to ring.

[Radio station totally hijacked with permission omg. Anybody who doesn't wait for the OCD will get pencil tricked UP!]

Brooke showed up at Caritas early, finding it empty so far. She looked at her watch, and decided if the door was open, then it couldn't hurt to just stop in and see if anyone minded her topping off a totally empty glass in exchange for the troubles that came with a total lack of service.

Which meant that she was behind the bar when Tino came in and started setting up. And when she waved and tried to get to the other side of the bar, he blocked her way, because no way in hell was he dealing with some of these crazies by himself.

So huh, looked like Brooke was working here today. Yay for access to all the alcohol?

Myn had had every intention of going to work today.

That is, before he found out the place he supposedly worked at was pretty much destroyed.

So much for that idea.

Chad was definitely willing to help cover for Hurley's shift today, although his mood seemed a little on the somber, quiet (well, quieter side) today as he organized some shelves and went through some ordering forms. Everything that had had discussed with Ichigo was still settling heavily in his mind, but in the way that it just stuck to you and plagued you and you couldn't think of anything else to do with it.

Being followed, by yourself as a Hollow...

Occasionally, it was enough to make Chad shudder a little as he worked, but he tried not to think about it too much.

Francine knew there was trouble going down on the island, and normally that would mean you'd find her hiding in her room eating cookies and obeying "Stay the heck out of trouble" orders, but, well... she was out of COOKIES.

Clearly this constituted an emergency.

Thus the reason you would now find Francine walking past Atlas Gym carrying a large box of fresh-baked J,GoB cookies.

Until an arm reached out to tug her towards the doors.

[OOC: Francine's here for her modded-with-permission nemesis, but Atlas is open like a gym locker with the lock filed off.]

There was some horrible alternate him with orange booties running around somewhere. Orange booties. Orange. Booties.

He could not say it enough how horrible those booties were. And people said his costume was bad!

So now he was hunting around for a rematch. One that didn't end in girly behavior.
