Helen spent as much of the day as she could manage out with the horses. It was where she was happiest these days.

[Info on the Gig is here.]

If it was Thursday, Peyton must be at Groovy Tunes. Today she was working her way through her heavy metal collection.

Millie was looking through book catalogs from a variety of worlds, trying to decide what new things she might order from the store.

After a jog around the island, Sarah went to open the shop. The tiny animals were gone, and she was just faced with comics.

Lots and lots of comics.

Reading them counted as researching the island, right? In some weird, cosmic way?

She was getting to kind of like Bitterwoman.

The Android's Dungeon was open.

She’d contemplated going to the roof for a while, because she felt the need for fresh air, but the fact that it was raining meant that she was less than enthused with that plan all things considered.

That would be why she found herself in the Perk after first period class, and amusing herself by teleporting her marshmallows around in her cup to make little designs. Viki had never claimed to be anything but easily amused.

[Open!]

All the damage from Obie's visit was finished being fixed by now. All Tony had left to do is... try to make it better. This could take him a long time to perfect, but he was more than up to the task.

Now if only he had some coffee.

Thursday morning found Eliza in a bit of a cheerfully distracted mood. The shop was swept and clean, the most recent wilted E was replaced by one formed from brilliant orange nasturtiums, and Eliza herself was seated on a stool behind the counter making a list of people she could invite to tea. So far it was rather a short list, so beside that, she was making a list of ways she could get out and meet more of the sort of person you could invite to tea.

Granted, Eliza's standards for that might be a mite different than most people's.

The window sign was up, and Covent Garden FlowErs was quite, quite open.

Covent Garden FlowErs

He was busy with the Congo situation again. Of course, it was only one of a number of ongoing, intertwined conflicts in the region, but with as much time as he had on his hands right now, Cable could afford to spend some diving into the area's history.

So he had his laptop set up on his desk again. Doing work during work about something else work-related; he was a master of multi-tasking.

[ open! ]

Shiny new exhibit, yay!

Eve flicked the lights on, made her customary sweep around the exhibit -- already getting plotty on which ones she wanted to con her guardian into buying -- and then settled in behind the reception desk.

Ah, work. How she'd missed you.

[Wait for the OCD is up!]

Cal was actually feeling a lot better than he had in the past two days, but then he had to go to work, and the guys in the kitchen thought it would be funny to sing break-up songs while they flipped burgers. If he heard that damn 'morning after' song one more time, the next saganaki he made was going to be thrown right into the grease vat and we'll see how they dealt with the morning after the kitchen burns down.

Today's Specials
Gyro with french fries
Saganaki
Baklava

When Robin told Tino she was leaving for Japan in a week, he actually did a victory lap around the bar.

She thought that was a little unnecessary.

Ben was setting aside things like 'trying to sell merchandise' and 'trying to figure out his whole thing here.' That's because it was time for him to be a nerd. Yes, nerdiness took precedence every now and then.

There was a nice, old camera in the store. Now it was in the park in Ben's hands. It was a lot like the camera he... well, Peter had when he first got into photojournalism. This was probably not a coincidence, of course, but Ben was going to pretend that it was. It made being a photo geek that much easier.

[OOC: Park's open. Ben may try to take pictures of people who show up.]
