Sparkle was his usual size today. Which, really, Sparkle was actually pretty thrilled about, since it meant he was taller than everybody else for a change. Not that he was going to hold it over anybody today. In fact, he'd made a special run to the mainland, in spite of the stupid weather, and bought out all the doll clothes the nearest Target had to offer. When the cashier had given him a strange look, he'd just shrugged and informed the guy that he was donating them.

And so he was. He'd propped open the door of the clothing shop today with a chair, set out a few facecloths for people to dry off with if they actually managed to make the trip today - the weather was atrocious, he'd be impressed and mildly concerned if anybody was crazy enough to head out into that soup - and then took all the doll clothes out of the packaging and set it out just inside the door, where people didn't have to go far to get to it, but would also be out of the way of potential trampling in case anybody out there was still their regular size.

And then he put on some water for hot chocolate, because with the door propped open? It was unpleasantly cold in here today.

Demon Marcus was open with a little sign that reads, "Free Doll Clothes" outside, propped up against the wall on the sidewalk. Hopefully people don't mind cute skirts and cherry-print dresses, because doll clothes kind of tended to come with a particularly cutesy theme.

Fenris took a very long walk to work that morning. Not because the walk had changed, but at his current size, it took far longer. He was phased out for most of it in case a rickshaw ran by or someone tried to step on him. It solved the problem of how to open the door; he did his usual and just walked through it.

The moment he was solid, he felt the reverberations of something large coming at him. His eyes widened just in time for him to see Tickles, now the size of a cougar, take a flying leap for him. "Tickles..!" he blurted. Not in time to stop the leap. Tickles landed on him and knocked him flat onto his back with a whoosh of exhaled breath. The buzzing purr was so much louder when the kittenwillow rubbed its stupid kittenwillow face all over him. "Yes, alright, I'm here. You can't climb me today," Fenris said, patting the kitten on its head. "Let me up. We have to get the door open."

Tickles obliged him and then almost knocked him over again a moment later with a head boop. Fenris eyed the plants. Grabbing the edge of the dogwood, he began tugging it in the direction of the door. It was heavy. Even when Tickles tried to help by going to the other side of the planter and pushing. It took some time to get the plant close enough to the door he could climb it. Reaching the lock, he solved the how to turn it problem by simply stomp-kicking the top of it until it turned and unlatched the door. He had no idea how to lock it again later.

Climbed down and headed toward the desk, which took longer than it should because Tickles wanted to play and kept romping around him in circles. It was easy enough to get to the counter. He climbed the chair and jumped. Tickles joined him a moment later and rolled about looking ridiculous, waving his little paws. "Oh very well," Fenris scowled at him. He waited for his chance and dove in to grab the kitten's belly before darting out again. Tickles hopped to his feet and gave chase.

So there you have it. A tiny kittenwillow and a tiny elf chasing each other and playing across the counter. Covent Garden Flowers was open.

Was Kanan at Luke's today?

Miraculously so, yes. He'd come in riding dogback with a piece torn out of a pillowcase to wrap around his shoulders to keep him warm for the trek in. His hair was loose, which was driving him slightly up a wall, and his feet were bare, which was less than pleasant, but so long as he had a very, very large dog to hang out with, he was faring well enough even in this weather.

Did he cheat and use the Force in order to unlock the door today, letting Stance nose his way in from there? Absolutely. He used it to get the doorstop in place so that it was open a crack for folks of diminutive size, too.

And was he content to just sit back and let the cook and the dishwasher continue doing their thing in the kitchen, the cook riding on the dishwasher's shoulder and barking orders for the day? You bet.

The specials board today was written in the dishwasher's hand, too.

Welcome to Luke's!
Today's Specials:
Tiny Pancakes

If anybody needed Kanan, he'd be sitting comfortably on his dog's head, clad in nothing but a pair of pants and a scrap of torn fabric around his otherwise bare shoulders like a cloak, informing Stance that he was a Very Good Boy, indeed.

Bob was the same size as usual today. Not that it made much of a difference.

He did nose around until he found a few things, then wrote outside, close to the ground:

25% off shrinking potions! Use them on your clothes!

Sometimes it was all about the little things in life.

There was powdered sugar snow all over the stage. Atton squinted at it as he came in. "Didn't we already get past the season for that, or what?" he muttered.

The zombies gave him nothing. Nothing.

He stared at them for a moment longer.

"... Okay," he said, "This explains the stepstools at the bar."

Well... Kanan had made plans to meet Master Solo in his warehouse after work, and while he wasn't terribly certain he was going to get much lightsaber practice in, given that either piece of his lightsaber's hilt alone was currently taller than he was, he wasn't going to not show. He was going to arrive while riding on his dog's back, though. Because why walk through town when you can just convince your dog that it was time for a run?

"... Oh. My."

Of course, the inside of the warehouse was significantly larger than he was used to, once they were inside. Maybe he'd just... wait by the door, and let Stance run around the rest of the open space. If Master Solo showed, he'd really rather not have to trek clear across the whole space to greet her.
