Graham, admittedly, did not know much about all of this King of the Bracelets stuff, but, oh boy, when he found out...

...it was going to be a very fun and exciting time for him, but, in the meanwhile, he did discover this and thought that would be an excellent place to start, and it was a good thing he sort of just poked at it making up his own rules about how to play because if he was actually playing in earnest with other people, he would probably cry and never want to hear anything about Bracelets ever again.

At Pizza Planet today, Raiden was busily trying to get everything in order for him to go away for a week. He was certain there was something extremely important that he'd forgotten, and would only remember once he was in Wellington, but the truth was the place would probably be fine without him. Maybe less creative.

Prompto was definitely not going to ask why Apu was going around and systematically removing all ladders, mirrors and anything with a black cat on it (which, dude, it was Halloweentime, black cats were everywhere?), but he was going to focus on setting up a nice display of travel things toward the front of the store to go with the big sign advertising a sale for the day:

Sure, there was the occasional wistful sigh about not being able to go himself, but he was also looking forward to things being quiet around the island and how that would just mean more quality time with his family and really focusing on Noctra's latest impulse to give crawling a try. He would have hated to miss that just because he was away on a trip! He should start looking into what the rules for bringing kids along really were, though, because it would be great if they didn't have to miss out on the next one.

The goose was back.

"Shouldn't you be flying south for the winter?!"

Silly Travis. This was south for the winter. It was also north for the summer. Canada geese had found a niche in the Mid-Atlantic that was balmy and comfortable year-round.

And this particular one had found a niche under Travis's desk.

"Shoo! Shoo! No biting! Bad goose!"

Sorry, Travis, that was the goose's desk now. If you asked nicely, maybe it would share.

Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

Still an exceedingly normal day at the warehouse. The biggest thing was that the woodchucks had decorated their little area for Halloween, which was a little weird, but tis the season.

And then when one threw a plastic pumpkin at Rey while she was running the course, she actually stopped in her tracks and called, "You're back to normal!"

This is where she was now. Nearly getting pelted in the head with a $2 dollar store find was a sign nature was healing.

The Devil's Nest, Friday Night

It was a halfway decent night in, wasn't it? Lucifer had ordered in some nice wines, and - perhaps - one or two of the non-alcoholic ones the internet told him were least objectionable.

He wanted to try them first before he gave them to Duke. He'd never forgive himself for giving Duke substandard drinks.

Either way, he was in his booth at the Nest, sipping wine from a glass. Occasionally Tiny had to swing by and take an empty or barely-touched bottle.

The Nest was open, and relatively calm.
