The specials board today was a complete and total blank.

No, it wasn't a sudden minimalist phase. It was just that A.J. had a brand new sketch book and way, way, way too many ideas that needed to be sketched right now.

Johnny was tired and cranky when he came into work today. Umbridge was totally upsetting him and he was seriously considering torching her office. Or her. Whichever he saw first. Maybe just her hair. And her pink  outfit. Oh, but then naked Umbridge. Ewww.

Picking up a camera, he started taking pictures of himself, you know, to get that icky image out of his head. Not because he thought he was sexy or anything like that. Come on.

Pixie Dust, Wednesday - Grand Opening

She had meant to have her Grand Opening on Monday, but rather too much absinthe on Sunday night had thoroughly crimped that plan. So instead, Tink sauntered in late Wednesday morning and put the last-minute finishing touches on her store.

The sign still hung in the window where she had placed it on Saturday:

Devil's Nest, Wednesday Night 8/22

Another Wednesday, another shift for the snarky, OCD ninja. Instead of running late like he had a few times, he actually opened on time, the whole place cleaned and organized. At the moment, he was reorganizing the money in the till, so that it was all right side up and facing the same direction. It kept him busy for now, at least.

D'Argo did not forget it was Wednesday, no. Okay, he did, but look, he was new, he was still getting used to the day of the week and that whole 'having a job' thing, what do you want from him?

The girl from last week wasn't around when he got there, which was both a good and a bad thing. Good because it meant he didn't have to deal with her. Bad because it meant he still had to set up himself.

Movies in the Park, Wednesday at Dusk (08/22)

Just before dusk, the temporary movie screen is set up, with a big grassy area in front to provide seating space. A few people have arrived early to share picnic suppers, and to visit with their friends.

[OOC: The movie begins at dusk, and the screen will be removed afterwards. OCD threads will be are up for your movie-going use. Anyone who needs the park for other purposes will find that the outdoor cinema takes up only a portion of the park, with plenty of space available for non-movie needs.]
